Plan Your Visit Whether you are new to the Jacksonville Symphony or you have been coming for years, we recommend arriving 30 minutes early so you can park easily, get situated in the lobby and find your seat comfortably prior to concert time. Parking The Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts is within walking distance of several convenient parking locations. We recommend One Enterprise Center Garage, the Official Parking Company of the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra: 336 W. Bay Street (entrance on Pearl Street). Single ticket parking can be purchased prior to each concert for $6 online at www.JaxSymphony.org or at Patron Services. Parking spaces for disabled patrons are located at the east and west ends of the building. For more information, please call Patron Services at 904.354.5547. Subscribers to Masterworks, Fusion, Passport, Family or Pops Series can purchase series parking vouchers (booklet of 10 passes) for the One Enterprise Center Garage (entrance on Pearl Street) for only $25 for the entire season.

General Information Can’t attend a Concert? If you cannot use or exchange your tickets, please pass them on to friends or donate them back to the Jacksonville Symphony for re-sale. To donate your tickets, please call Patron Services at 904.354.5547. Lost Tickets Lost or misplaced tickets may be reprinted at Patron Services in person or by calling 904.354.5547. Special Assistance All Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra performances are accessible to those with special needs. Anyone requiring assistance is encouraged to call Patron Services at 904.354.5547 in advance.

Children Children of all ages and their families are encouraged to enjoy our Family Series, Holiday matinees, and Jacksonville Symphony Youth Orchestra concerts. Every child over the age of one year requires a ticket. Evening performances may not be appropriate for infants and children under five.

Ticket Exchanges Tickets may be exchanged through JSYM Patron Services in person or by calling 904.354.5547, Monday – Friday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Your new tickets will be held at Patron Services. Exchanges can be made up to four hours prior to concert start on the day of the performance. Due to limited capacity, exchanges are not permitted for Special Events. All exchanges are subject to availability, and seat locations cannot be guaranteed. Sound Check Card For students up to age 25, the Sound Check Card offers student access to every Masterworks, Fusion and Coffee series concert the entire season for one price - $25. Limit 2 accompanying admissions; available 90 minutes prior to concert.)

Student Rush Tickets Student rush tickets are available for $10 to Masterworks, Fusion or Coffee concerts through Jsym Patron Services 90 minutes prior to the concert.
