The Brief Challenge
With highly competitive brands in the made to measure sector, Arvind had to reposition itself in the market with a seamless customer journey in an approachable and tactile manner. We were to design the retail store that would act as an experience hub. It’s role will be to create theatre around the brand, while simultaneously working hard to demystify the process of made to measure shirting and suiting.
Insight The next generation, urban customer is more discerning given exposure to both the internet and to the plethora of international retail entrants in the market. Arvind needed to rise to the challenge and establish itself as a future-ready brand with a point of view.

The Brief Solution We established a brand positioning for the fashion conscious made-to-measure customer. This translated into a revised brand name, logo and a new retail environment, with a fresh look at the whole customer experience of buying a made to measure suit or shirt. This fresh approach creates an inclusive brand that will offer a variety of services at an accessible price point from ready to wear and established brands, to fashion informed made to measure garments. The refreshed brand encourages one to customize a shirt, suit or pair of jeans to his individual whims and specifications in an retail environment full of inspiration, ideas and a fashion adviser to guide the customer through.
