PRIVATE POOLSIDE EVENT SERIES
LAS VEGAS, NV – 200
ATTENDEES
DCi produced a multi-day event series where we transformed the same outdoor pool space each night. Transforming spaces with custom designs is one our favorite creative challenges and we hit the jackpot with these events.
Highlights included:
• On-trend themes were inspired by music festivals, pop-up museums, swanky clubs, and chill nature infused vibes.
• Interactive entertainment and the sounds of celebrity DJs completed each experience.
• A series of activations kept the audience engaged each day
• Branded wayfinding was creative and themed to each experience
A FIRST ON THE WATEFRONT
SAN DIEGO, CA- 1,300 TOTAL ATTENDEES
DCi was the first to produce a private corporate event at San Diego’s landmark Rady Shell musical venue. Our team transformed the outdoor space with modern coastal styling, dynamic lighting, and entertainment. The 1,300 attendees felt revitalized and re-engaged with the company.

2022 CITY - WIDE BRAND TAKEOVER
SAN FRANCISCO, CA – 1,200 ATTENDEES
The DCi team designed and operated a sixday meeting for an iconic automotive brand in the heart of San Francisco, CA. Attendees were treated to a showcase of the brand and destination in celebration of its 120th year.
Highlights include:
• Logistics and décor management of multiple functions at (4) San Francisco hotels
• Welcome reception at the Chase Center
• Design and production of onsite events at each of the (4) properties that were across cohesive style
• VIP cable car tour and dinner cruise for higher-ups
• Headlining name act entertainment
COACHELLA BRAND EXCLUSIVE
A brand marketing company tasked DCi with creating an Instaworthy experience for influencers over Coachella weekend. From start to finish the experiential components needed to be brand-forward and on-trend so influencer posts would stand out on social media.
Highlights include:
• The styling and packaging of a pre-festival gift box which was featured on each influencer’s social media channel
• Transforming a private estate to embody a Pantene meets Coachella vibe with décor and custom fabricated Instagram moments.
• Daily events such as post-festival food trucks, onsite beauty treatments and stylish gifting experiences created to WOW the influencers and their millions of followers
FINANCIAL COMPANY ANNUAL SUMMIT
OJAI, CA – 500
ATTENDEES
DCi designed and produced a 5-day annual summit for a client’s first in-person event postpandemic. Our in-house creative teams excelled at delivering bespoke designs that were expertly paired with entertainment to deliver a cohesive event experience each day.
Highlights include:
• Design and production of (10) total unique spaces ranging from hospitality suites to unique seating for the general session to construction of custom structures for evening events.
• Development of (4) distinct themes that evoked the destination and elevated the already beautiful resort space.
• A progressive production of key focal décor elements that were transformed throughout the program for a sustainable approach to design.
• Management of over (40) vendors
MULTI-WAVE INCENTIVE PROGRAM
LOS ANGELES, CA – 2,000 ATTENDEES (3-WAVES)
DCi produced a large multiple-wave program for a longtime financial client who booked into the JW Marriott and LA LIVE. Every experience had to embody the unique characteristics of Los Angeles.
Highlights include:
• Consistent high level of service for each of the 3 waves
• Services including offsite events, activities, transportation and staff.
• A street-art party in the epicenter of LA LIVE.
• Awards evenings at the famous Dolby Theater, home to the Academy Awards, with dinner on the stage and thrilling musical performances.
EXCLUSIVE INCENTIVE PROGRAM
NAPA VALLEY, CA – 30 ATTENDEES
DCi produced a three-day program for top producers and their guests which included on and off property events in wine-centric environments and various daytime activities to give them a true Napa Valley experience.
Highlights include:
• Arrivals and departures for all guests
• Management of custom wine tasting experience at local wineries and additional daytime activities
• Sourcing and managing of entertainment
• Evening events reflective of the local style and culture including exclusive dining experience alongside vineyard and within wine cave
• Full in-house design and production for all evening events
FARMER’S OPEN VIP HOSPITALITY
Harrah’s Resort Southern California was producing two hospitality spaces during the popular Farmers Insurance Open. Their team came to DCi to design and produce on-brand environments that incorporated key elements of a current marketing campaign.
Highlights include:
• Styling and construction of a quirky beach themed entrance and interiors of VIP outdoor viewing cabanas
• Design and fabrication of a brand-driven Speakeasy complete with a hidden bookcase entrance
• Collaboration with the Harrah’s marketing and PR teams to align the look and feel of the spaces with their current messaging
• Delivering an effective, high-level and fun experience for invited guests.
SPIRITS BRAND SALES SUMMIT
PALM SPRINGS, CA – 375
ATTENDEES
DCi was selected as the local event agency for a 2020 sales event for Tito’s Vodka. The program was designed to motivate and engage the highenergy attendees.
Highlights include:
• Bootcamps and wellness clinics onsite at the hotel for all attendees
• Sourcing and management of two dinearound evenings encompassing (15) different restaurants across the city
• (11) daytime excursions for guests to choose their chills or thrills for the day
• A lively daytime pool party complete with a custom swing set built over the pool, giant props and activations such as a braid bar, underwater photobooth and barber shop
• An offsite event where a historic Air Museum was transformed into a lively setting with glowing elements
