Our team orchestrated the annual Summer Festival at the headquarters of our longstanding client in Los Angeles. DCi was responsible for procuring and overseeing the carnival attractions and games, ensuring enjoyment for both adults and children. Highlights include:
• Family friendly rides, attractions, games, and entertainment for all generations.
• A wide range of fair style concessions from classic cotton candy to food trucks serving a wide range of cuisine.
• Design of a custom Midway featuring fun interactive games and prizes.
• Seamless management of the event's infrastructure.
QSR Annual Conference
San Diego, CA | 9,500 Attendees
This annual conference and celebration is composed of a series of events for franchise owners across the U.S. As the local DMC, DCi was responsible for sourcing, strategic planning, design, and production for all event components ranging from transportation to offsite events.
Highlights include:
• Transportation planning and execution to/from (12) local hotels for arrivals & departures, Convention Center daily shuttles, and all offsite events.
• Branding and wayfinding solutions throughout the city
• Design and production of an Americana themed final night at a Major League Ballpark
• Build-a-Bear CSR activation where 5,000 bears were donated to Toys for Tots
• Design and production of a Food Hall at the Convention Center for all 9,500 attendees
Private Event
Grand Rapids, MI | 350 Attendees
A long-time client tasked DCi to recreate the French Quarter on their CEO’s private polo field for a private event. Using our creative and logistics teams, we successfully re-created Burbon Street in a custom-built structure, creating a true NOLA environment fitting for this celebratory occasion.
Highlights include:
• Building an entire city block inside a massive custom-built structure including two-story facades with balconies, wrought ironwork, working fountains, a custom grand staircase for Name Talent entry and more.
• Each piece was carefully detailed to look authentic including many functional elements such as hand-crafted street lanterns, residential entry doors, Creole cottage shutters and a three-tiered working fountain.
• The immersive setting was completed with interior blackout tent lining and a stage backdrop that gave the illusion of the French Quarter street continuing, second line bands and name talent filling the air in a true New Orleans fashion.
• CSR Moment: DCi arranged the donation of all living plants to the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity
Food Company Leadership Conference
San Diego, CA | 1,000 Attendees
Our team provided full DMC and Event Design and Production services for a U.S. based frozen food company’s annual Leadership Conference. Each element was custom tailored to align with the company’s values and attendee demographics.
Highlights include:
• An offsite event in a Hangar and flightline on an active Military Base complete with patriotic event design, tours of the flightline, and a private concert by Chicago.
• An awards banquet aboard a fleet of 6 yachts organized by regions
• Full-service transportation over the course of 7-days
• Staffed Hospitality Area and Information Desk to handle any guest needs
• Branded gift amenities for all guests including beach towels and surfboard cutting boards
Automotive National Conference
Nashville, TN | 1,500 Attendees
A global automotive brand holds and annual 4-day conference for its U.S. based team. DCi has supported this client on three annual conferences including Anaheim, Austin, and their most recent conference in Nashville. Transportation, onsite events, an EXPO, offsite events, and sustainability/CSR goals were all managed by DCi.
Highlights include:
• Full first buyout of Nashville’s Food Assembly Hall
• Custom graphic design elements and décor concepts
• A brand-forward Expo Café which embodied company sustainable initiatives
• Local entertainment management throughout the conference and creative décor designs reflecting the music capital of the world
• Final night event with a beautiful country awardsthemed evening
Immersive Theme Experience
San Francisco, CA | 1800 Attendees
DCi turned a historic building into a mad adventure in Wonderland! DCi was tasked with designing this immersive venue to transport guests into an out of this world experience.
Highlights include:
• Full transformation of a historic building into the imaginative world of Alice in Wonderland
• (15) creative and unique design looks to fill different spaces and rooms throughout the building
• Enhancing existing architectural elements and venue aesthetic, with custom-built thematic elements.
• Installed entry treatments of moss-covered mushrooms to fill various heights
Automotive National Business Conference
Anaheim, CA | 1,500 Attendees
DCi produced a conference for dealers, corporate employees, vendors, and their guests. The high-level attendees necessitated the very best in offerings and each element had to align with the company’s ecominded values.
Highlights include:
• Custom photo-op with brand ambassadors The Barkleys
• Transportation from multiple airports to (3) conference hotels and daily shuttles to the Convention Center.
• Design and production of the Welcome Dinner at the Grand Plaza including custom furnishings and entertainment.
• The first-ever buyout of the Anaheim Packing District/Farmers Park for an offsite evening event.

President’s Circle Incentive

The event was hosted at the Phoenician Scottsdale, where DCi expertly orchestrated a two-part incentive trip for the top performers including all program transportation, engaging Arizona activities, a vibrant Sayulita Soiree welcome reception, a prestigious awards ceremony, and a relaxing hospitality lounge for attendees to enjoy.

• Streamlined transportation coordination for guest arrivals and departures.

Our team delivered a sustainable and destination inspired National Conference for a global automotive brand in the Live Music Capital of the World®. Each experience was centered around recognition, authenticity, and the brand’s ecoinitiatives.
Highlights included:
• Taking over historic Rainey Street for an elevated pub crawl fill with Texas-sized tastes and sounds
• A brand-forward Expo at the convention center which embodied company sustainable initiatives
• The final night at Austin City Limits where guests celebrated their achievements with live music in star-studded setting
Veterinary Hospital Client Conference
After successfully planning and operating their conference in San Diego, CA, DCi was awarded their 2023 program held at the Hyatt Regency Denver. Our team was tasked with sourcing, design, and production of all elements over the course of the 5-day program.
Highlights:
• Transportation services including group arrivals, departures, and specialty charters
• Two offsite events including a teambuilding at Lucky Strike and an experience at Empower Field at Mile High
• Staffing and design of a brand merchandise pop-up at the hotel
• Styling and production of the welcome reception, VIP reception regional dinners, and general session

LAS VEGAS, NV – 3,100 ATTENDEES
This massive multi-day sales conference for a technology company was composed of transportation, staffing, event design & production, venue sourcing and teambuilding needs.
Highlights include:
• Designed creative themes with knock-out logistical talents, showcasing local knowledge of the area to wow the 3,100 attendees.
• Produced an American Ninja Warrior extravaganza with décor and interactive elements, and a Decades themed experience.
• Provided styling for break areas throughout the hotel in a mid-century-modern meets Vegas vibe.
