This annual conference and celebration is composed of a series of events for franchise owners across the U.S. The conference utilized (12) hotel properties and the San Diego Convention Center over a 4-day period. As the local DMC, DCi was responsible for sourcing, strategic planning, design, and production for all event components ranging from transportation to offsite events
Highlights include:
• Transportation planning and execution to/from (12) local hotels for arrivals & departures
• Branding and wayfinding solutions throughout the city
• Design and production of an Americana themed final night at PETCO park
• Build-a-Bear CSR activation where 5,000 bears were donated to Toys for Tots
• Tenure recognition event at the USS Midway
• Design and production of a Food Hall at San Diego Convention Center for all 9,500 attendees
Ojai, CA
DCi designed and produced a 5-day annual summit for 500 attendees in Ojai, CA. Our in-house creative teams excelled at delivering bespoke designs that transformed the onsite spaces, were themed to the destination, and expertly paired with entertainment to deliver a cohesive event experience each day.
Highlights include:
• Design and production of (10) total unique spaces ranging from hospitality suites for executives to unique seating for the general session to construction of custom structures for evening events.
• Development of (4) distinct themes that evoked the destination and elevated the already beautiful resort space.
• A progressive production of key focal décor elements that were transformed throughout the program for a sustainable approach to design.
• Management of over 40 vendors
This annual summit brings together the sales force from across the globe. For the third year in a row, DCi was tasked with creating a series of offsite experiences for 2,200 attendees that fostered bonding, showcased the destination, and aligned with the summit’s goals

Scottsdale, AZ
DCi produced an unforgettable (2) day meeting featuring a custom leather branding station, a vintage airstream bar, hot air balloons, and a drone light show that took adventure to a whole new level. Each experience from activities to evening events had to evoke the AZ destination and make a meaningful impression on the attendees.
Highlights include:
• Dedicated client team paired with our local team to manage all aspects of operation from pre-planning to onsite production
• Arizona themed décor and design elements for both welcome experience and off-property dinner
• Activities including golfing on the greens, offroading in a Hummer, horseback riding, and ATVing
• Elaborate drone show and hot air balloon flights to end the final night in the desert
San Diego, CA
DCi was selected by a data security company to bring their program theme, The Art of Cyber Security, to life. Our team provided sourcing and on the ground logistics for transportation, excursions, hotel installations and offsite events. In collaborating with our client and their in-house branding agency, we produced a seamless event series for the 1,000 international attendees.
Highlights include:
• Custom engineering and fabrication of a pop-up gallery constructed with custom graphics, touch screens and framed art prints
• Professional printing of high-quality keepsake art books aligning with cyber security theme
• Venue sourcing, design and event management of offsite events at two locations that delivered iconic experiences indicative of the destination
DCi produced a conference for dealers, corporate employees, vendors, and their guests. The highlevel attendees necessitated the very best in offerings and each element had to align with the company’s eco-minded values.

• Custom photo-op with brand ambassadors The Barkleys
Anaheim, CA
• Transportation for 800 attendees from multiple airports to their (3) conference hotels and daily shuttles to the Convention Center.
• Design and production of the Welcome Dinner at the Grand Plaza including custom furnishings and entertainment.
• The first-ever buyout of the Anaheim Packing District/Farmers Park for an offsite evening event.

DCi produced a multi-wave incentive program that spanned 10-days, for a total of 1,200 top performers. Each experience from activities to evening events, had to evoke the destination and make a meaningful impression on the attendees.
Highlights include:
• Overseeing a team of 30 staff that facilitations registration, activities, transportation, production and evening events.
Orange County, CA
• Specialty curated activities for C-Level attendees and spouses
• Managing 16 different daytime activities for guests on one day including custom experiences such as Dancing with the Stars and a Top Chef Cooking Demo
• Design and production of 3 themed onsite evening events (welcome, gala, closing reception) expertly themed to the destination while transforming the selected space.
DCi produced a large multiple-wave program for a longtime financial client who booked into the JW Marriott and LA LIVE. The three waves totaled over 2,000 attendees and every experience had to embody the unique characteristics of Los Angeles.
Highlights include:
• Consistent high level of service for each of the 3 waves encompassing offsite events, activities, transportation and staff.
• A street art party in the epicenter of LA LIVE which transformed Microsoft Square with edgy décor and interactive entertainment.
• Awards evenings at the famous Dolby Theater, home to the Academy Awards, with dinner on the stage and thrilling musical performances.
A longtime Financial Industry client of DCi’s booked into The Phoenician for their annual sales conference. In looking to deliver a high-end and well executed experience to their attendees they tasked DCi to hit the mark once again in Arizona with our creative and logistical strengths.
Highlights included:
• Onsite décor and production for three evening events including a football themed welcome on SuperBowl Sunday to kick off the week, a gala inspired by the desert night sky that seamlessly enhanced the ballroom and a lively Southwest Fest at Jokake with themed styling and interactive entertainment.
• Activities included a Scottsdale Trivia Spouse activity and CSR focused teambuilding that tackled food insecurity and echoed the local art scene with a canned food sculpture competition
DCi was selected as the local event agency for a 2020 sales event for Tito’s Vodka. The program was designed to motivate and engage each of the 375 attendees.
Highlights include:
• Bootcamps and wellness clinics onsite at the hotel for all attendees
Palm Springs, CA
• Sourcing and management of two dinearound evenings encompassing (15) different restaurants across the city
• (11) daytime excursions including hot air ballooning, biking, city walking tours and more
• A lively daytime pool party complete with a custom swing set built over the pool, giant props and activations such as a braid bar, underwater photobooth and barber shop
• An offsite event where a historic Air Museum with glowing elements and a silent DJ
Los Angeles, CA
DCi was tasked by a tourism organization to create a week-long activation during a very popular travel tradeshow hosting more than 6,200 US and International delegates. DCi worked diligently to construct a “road-trip” inspired brand village that represented the several California cities that sponsored the unique branded activation.
Highlights include:
• Custom branded design that represented each sponsor
• Interactive components to create social media buzz
• Custom designed and built oversized elements for photo opportunities
• Custom themed bar units and locally inspired food stands
• Weeklong event management for the event space as all activations remained present during the four-day tradeshow
• Daily unique entertainment experiences.
Created and delivered an exceptional 5-day experience for an annual premier sales recognition program for 250 executive and dealer principals. Each element demanded a high-level of creativity, service, and luxury.
Highlights included:
• Luxury transportation services throughout the incentive
• Transformation of three spaces at the hotel for each evening function
• A welcome experience styled and produced with a California country chic vibe
• A retro-tropics pool event complete with synchronized swimmers and a DJ + Electric Violin
