2016 has been a year of growth in Los Cabos. If you've driven down the tourist corridor lately you have most likely noticed the many new hotels being built at an impressively fast pace, where millions of dollars are being invested in new development. We have also seen the opening of several commercial plazas and shopping centers such as the brand new Koral Center, where you can find a state-of-the-art gym, a business center, a gourmet food market, a spa, clothing stores, and more. The face of Los Cabos is changing, and you know what they say, change is always good. Needless to say, us locals are very excited for the next few years and we trust that this growth will bring nothing but positive opportunities for all. Los Cabos has a lot to offer during the holidays. Don't miss the decorated plaza in downtown San José del Cabo. For New Year’s you are pretty much guaranteed a celebration wherever it is that you go. Fireworks will light-up our beaches as we all gather to welcome 2017. Within the pages of Destino Los Cabos you can find useful information that will help you make the most of your vacation. You’ll find activities, top beaches, events, maps and other important information. Our goal is for you to have the best possible experience in Los Cabos. Don't forget that you can find all of our useful information online at: www.DestinoLosCabos.com. Our website is the most complete guide to Los Cabos that you can find!

Los Cabos (the capes) is located in the southernmost tip of the State of Baja California Sur and consists of four main areas: Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, Todos Santos and the East Cape. La Paz is the Capital of the state, however, technically it is not part of the municipality of Los Cabos. If you take a look at the Baja Sur map you can see that the highways and towns form a loop. The Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez meet at the very tip of the peninsula. It's very clear when you're on the Pacific side; the waves are much larger and powerful and the winds are stronger. If you go further north along the Pacific side the climate and beaches are very different than on the Sea of Cortez. It's usually a few degrees cooler, which is very pleasant during the warm summer months. In the Pescadero and Todos Santos area, the sand is dark and fine and the color of the water is deep blue. The sand in Sea of Cortez beaches is coarser and the water is a lighter tone of blue. The beaches in La Paz and the surrounding areas are possibly the most beautiful ones in Baja Sur. The white powdery sand and the waist-high water create a spectacular shade of turquoise, the kind you see in postcards. The mountains meet the desert, the desert meets the ocean. The Sierra de la Laguna is a mountain range that lies at the southern end of the peninsula. Above 800 meters in elevation dry forests transition to pine-oak forests. The main climate of the region is arid to semi-arid, however, there are very fertile areas where local farmers grow a variety of fruits and vegetables, especially on the Pacific side. The aquarium of the world. These are the words that Jacques Cousteau used to describe the Sea of Cortez. It is said that eons ago, back when the Earth and Continents were still taking their shape, the edge of Mexico split from the mainland to form the Gulf of California and the Baja Peninsula. This allowed the Pacific Ocean to rush into the gap and create the Sea of Cortez, or as some call it, Mother Nature’s own fish trap. Hundreds of varieties of fish and mammals found their way into this “trap” and either stayed in its warm shallow waters or ventured down into the cool bottom of the two mile-deep San Andreas Fault. For millenniums, the Colorado River has been dragging its rich minerals and nutrients into the Sea of Cortez, aiding the living species to thrive in these waters. In the months of January through March, Gray whales make their yearly migration from Alaska to give birth to their young in the shallow and warm waters of the Sea of Cortez. 4

Cabo San Lucas
This tourist friendly town, also just known as “Cabo,” is located on the tip of the Baja California peninsula and is full of entertainment for every age and liking. The Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean meet at Land’s End, where you can observe the beautiful rock formations and the famous Cabo arch. In Cabo San Lucas you can find Medano Beach, the liveliest beach in the Los Cabos area, an impressive marina and countless restaurants and bars that keep the town alive day and night.
San José del Cabo
Walking around downtown San José will allow you to experience a traditional Mexican town. You will find yourself surrounded by colorful buildings and quaint cobblestone streets that lead to the town’s picturesque zócalo (main plaza). Over the years, San José has become an artistic and cultural centre with numerous fine art galleries in its downtown art district as well as world-class restaurants. San José has a beautiful beach where you can take a horseback ride to explore the estuary that is home to many different bird species.
The Corridor
The corridor is the 40 km highway that connects Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo (about a 20 minute drive). Along this road you can find various hotels, luxury ocean front homes, championship golf courses and beautiful views. Have your camera ready and make a roadside stop at the Costa Azul view-point for photo opportunities and a refreshing coco frío (cold coconut).
Todos Santos
Located on the Pacific Ocean side of the peninsula, Todos Santos is an oasis where artists and surfers flock to enjoy the culture and excellent surf. Home to the famous Hotel California, this charming town offers great restaurants and a cooler climate than Cabo San Lucas and San José due to the breezes coming from the Pacific.
East Cape
People often call it “the old Cabo” because of its pristine beaches and small fishing towns such as Buena Vista and Los Barriles. The East Cape begins just east of San José and extends about 100 miles up the Sea of Cortez coast. Sixty miles outside of San José is the Cabo Pulmo National Marine Park, an eight fingered coral reef that offers outstanding snorkelling and scuba diving and turtle nesting on the beach. Very popular for fishing and surfing, the East Cape also attracts kite surfers, campers and folks who just want to get away from it all.
La Paz
La Paz is the capital of the state of Baja California Sur and is known for its warm people and beautiful beaches. This authentic Mexican city (as well as the general south Baja region) has been rated as one of the safest in Mexico and still maintains the small town feel that is very welcoming for tourists. La Paz is a departure point for tours and charters to the stunning Espiritu Santo Island as well as whale watching excursions. Stroll down the colorful malecón (boardwalk), walk hundreds of feet in waist high water at Balandra beach or have a fine dining experience; La Paz has a lot to offer.
Loreto
Loreto offers the best of both worlds for tourists who long to escape to an 'authentic-Mexico' with settings that take you back-in-time along with ocean activities that rival that of any other modern coastal city. In Loreto you'll find historic buildings such as the enchanting Mision de Loreto - a mission-style church that was built in 1697 as well as The Islands of Loreto which boasts Mexico's largest marine preserve where dolphins, seals, turtles and sea lions all play in the sea. For those who are partial to adventures on land; there is hiking, biking, and nature-tours that fill up a camera with pictures of radiant natural settings. Loreto is the perfect place for everyone from honeymooners to large families.

BOATING & FISHING
With calm waters, extraordinary fishing and perfect weather, some may argue that boating is the most popular attraction in Los Cabos. Whether you want to take a cruise to Santa María Bay on a luxury yacht or wake up at the crack of dawn for a fishing adventure, there are endless options to fit your needs.
SEASONAL FISHING CHART
BOAT RENTALS Private yachts and sailboats There are several charter companies that can accommodate your needs. What you do on your trip is really up to you, but it will typically consist of a tour of the landmark arch, a few hours of fishing, and a cruise to one of our beautiful bays for a swim. Most boats have fishing equipment and a knowledgeable crew, but the biggest difference between a yacht and a fishing boat rental is the cost. Fishing Boat Rentals You can always fish on a yacht, but cruisers, pangas and super-pangas are a more affordable option. Cruisers accommodate larger groups and are more comfortable when the sea is rough on a windy day. THE MARINAS Marina Cabo San Lucas The area’s largest commercial marina features 380 slips and accommodates vessels of up to 375 feet. Amenities include 24-hour security, electricity and potable water, a fuel dock, and convenient laundry and shower facilities. Puerto Los Cabos Located in La Playita just north of San José del Cabo is the newest marina in the area with 200 available slips 10
www.DestinoLosCabos.com
for boats up to 400 feet. Amenities are similar to Marina Cabo San Lucas, though the boatyard’s 150-ton travel lift can accommodate larger vessels. FISHING There’s a reason why the world’s richest fishing tournament - the Bisbee’s Black & Blue - has taken place in Los Cabos for over thirty years. This part of the world offers abundant sea life and an exceptionally high catch success rate, no matter what your level of fishing experience is. What to Expect Most charters include a fishing license, bait, tackle and equipment. Some also include food and drink or these amenities can be added at an additional cost. It is better to leave early; trips usually begin at 6:00 and 7:00 am and last around 6 hours. Cost will depend on the number of people in your party and the size of the boat you choose to rent. It is customary to leave the crew a gratuity of 15% to 20%. Bait and Tackle Most likely, the boat you charter will include your bait and tackle. If you need your own fresh bait, you may buy it along the Cabo San Lucas Marina or the crew you hire may also stop to buy it from the local fishermen on your way out.

SNORKELLING & SCUBA DIVING
Prepare yourself for an incredible show of nature as you swim side by side with colourful schools of fish, eels, rays, octopus, sea turtles and more. The Sea of Cortez or the “Aquarium of the World” offers many opportunities to experience incredible underwater wildlife.
SCUBA DIVING DESTINATIONS Note: travel time is from the Cabo San Lucas marina. Land’s End Intermediate-Advanced - 50’-60’ Five minutes by boat and you can share the water with sea lions and moray eels, with a sunken boat visible in the Falls. Sand Falls Beginners - Advanced - 30’-100’ Steep sand banks drop sharply into a canyon filled with tropical fish. The canyon runs from the depths of the Cabo San Lucas bay to within 30 feet of the beach. Pelican Rock Beginners - 25’-80’ This large rock attracts many tropical fish and is only five minutes from shore. Neptune’s Finger Advanced - 80’-100’ A spectacular canyon wall dive. Cabeza de Ballena Beginners - 20’-40’ A 25-minute boat ride leads to a dive through large boulders with many fish. Gordo Banks Advanced - 110’-120’ - A seamount provides views of marlin, hammerheads, skip jacks and at times huge manta rays; one hour from La Playita. Cabo Pulmo Beginner-Advanced - 30’-100’ A one hour drive east of San José or five minutes by boat and you’ll find the only living coral reef in the Sea of Cortez. SNORKELLING SPOTS Cabo offers several methods for snorkelling. You may drive to a local beach and swim out, book a tour with one of the many popular companies, or charter a private boat. Tours are typically two or three hours. Stay away from the Pacific side of the peninsula; its strong currents make it very dangerous for any kind of water sports. Pelican Rock
A quick five-minute ride from the Cabo San Lucas marina or Medano Beach is all it takes to get to this fish-attracting rock.
Lover’s Beach This popular and uniquely-named beach is accessible only by boat. Be on the look-out, however, as the water is not roped off for swimmers. Santa Maria Bay Snorkel tours regularly visit Santa Maria Bay. If you choose to drive there, it’s an easy swim from the shore to the reef on the right side of the cove. Chileno Bay Snorkelers will find a safe, roped-off area for swimming at this common tour destination. Cabo Pulmo A Natural Marine Reserve in the East Cape, and may offer the best snorkelling in the area. This eightfingered coral reef is about a 2-hour drive from San José del Cabo, but it is well worth it!
GOLFING

FLYBOARDING
SURFING
Baja Sur has been a popular surfing destination since the ‘50s. The East Cape is popular for kite surfing and the Pacific coast has several surf breaks where you will find less crowds. See our Baja Sur map and look for this symbol to locate the surf spots mentioned bellow. SAN PEDRITO Level: Advanced. Direction: Right, left. Location: Pacific side right before arriving to Todos Santos. Have you ever had a dream about flying like Superman or maybe swimming like a dolphin? Dreams can come true in Cabo! The FlyBoard is a device connected and powered by a personal watercraft, which allows propulsion underwater and in the air. Users are connected to the board by wakeboard boots, under which, water pressure provides thrust. A certified trainer controls the power and height and you control all the movement. Available at Medano beach or in the Puerto Los Cabos Marina in San José del Cabo.
STAND UP PADDLING
There is something special about paddling out and finding yourself floating in the ocean with just a paddle and a board. Stand up paddling is a great way to see marine life and to get a great workout and while enjoying nature. At Medano beach you can rent boards in several locations. Certain companies offer paddling lessons and some have yoga classes on the board.
KITE SURFING
This sport is most popular in the East Cape due to the El Norte winds. Playa Norte (the north-east side of the beach) in Los Barriles is said to be the most popular destination and is also the location for a professional kite-boarding school. La Ventana is also a popular spot and is closer to La Paz. There is less wind in Los Barriles than in La Ventana, but the surf is bigger. The best months are January, February, March, October, November, December. Every January, the Lord of the Wind tournament takes place in Los Barriles. 12

ACTIVITIES FOR FAMILIES Photo courtesy Wild Canyon
Adventure Parks There are several adventure parks in Los Cabos where you and your kids can experience zip-lining, backcountry ATV tours, a camel safari, and more. Zip-lines are appropriate for kids of 8 years and up and be prepared to hike from 5 to 15 minutes from line to line. Most companies include transportation. Parasailing If heights over land are not right for you, try a parasailing trip and gain some altitude to enjoy beautiful views of Cabo while tethered firmly to a speedboat!
Buggy, Atv, Or Bike Rentals There are several local companies which offer ATVs, buggies, and other off-road vehicles for trail and beach cruising. Strap on some goggles and hop behind the wheel of one of these off-road racers for an afternoon of fast-paced fun! Vehicles include typical ATVs or enclosed rail buggies or RZR ATVs. Tours are typically three hours, and drivers must be 16 years of age with a valid drivers’ license. If pedal-powered rides are more your speed, look into renting a mountain bike, beach cruiser, or joining a guided bicycle tour of town. Just make sure to wear a helmet! Horseback Rides, Nature Walks, and Bird Watching Los Cabos (particularly San José del Cabo) offers a number of horseback excursions for all ages. Saddle up for a sunset guided beach ride, venture up a hidden canyon trail, or just sit back in the shade while experienced horse trainers give the kids lessons in horsemanship – there’s something for everyone! San José also boasts a natural estuary and nature preserve. Enjoy a peaceful, self-guided nature walk to observe some of the lushest landscape in the area. Species of flora and fauna are abundant: dozens of species of cactus, lizards, and birds can be spotted on this solitary walk, just a few minutes from downtown. Cactus-lovers may also want to check out the nearby cactus gardens Wirikuta, offering a large variety of cacti laid out in an artful outdoor setting.
Wet Fun Water Park Located about 20 minutes from San José, this water park has shallow pools and small slides for young children, water mushrooms, a pirate ship and a giant bucket that dumps water on the bystanders bellow. For the adrenaline seekers, several fast and large slides stand tall and mighty and offer a great view of the beautiful surrounding mountains. To get there take HWY 1 north from the San José International Airport towards La Paz and East Cape. After about 15 miles, the exit for Caudaño and the water park will be at km 66. Follow this road for a few minutes and you will find the park on your right. Turtle Release Every year, several species of endangered sea turtles nest in the warm sands of Los Cabos. Your family will have the opportunity to help these fragile and tiny creatures make it safely into the sea. Children will learn about the importance of conservation and they will surely enjoy the experience of helping these little friends. Sol de Mayo Waterfall Cascade Located about an hour and a half away from Los Cabos, the Sol de Mayo Oasis is yet another natural beauty of the Southern Baja California region. The hike leads the adventurous to a majestically beautiful oasis where everyone can swim and even dive into the cool, serene waters. Be sure to pack a lunch, and take plenty of water. There are plenty of signs to guide everyone to this wonderful piece of paradise. After arriving in Santiago, turn right up the little hill towards the town square. The cost is $6 US per person to access the easy hike to the clear-water falls. Everything you need to know about Baja Sur

CURRENCY EXCHANGE Dollars are accepted almost everywhere and you will get your change in pesos. The exchange rate varies every day, but some places have a set rate.
ATMs - The easiest way to get pesos is to simply withdraw money from an ATM in Los Cabos. Bank ATMs give the daily exchange rate (best possible rate). Examples include Banorte, Bancomer, Santander, Banamex, and HSBC. Non-bank ATMs located in the street will charge higher fees. Some ATMs only give you dollars, some only pesos and some give you the option to withdraw both. Pay close attention to what currency you’re withdrawing and try to get as much cash as possible in one transaction to avoid paying high fees.
CASH OR CARD? Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards are generally accepted, but you often run into cash only places. Always ask beforehand and carry cash. Your bank will most likely charge you international transaction fees if you pay with your card.
GROCERIES - In Cabo San Lucas, Wal-Mart and Costco are good options and easy to get to. You can always find a taxi outside of these stores. San José has a Wal-Mart and Mega. If you just need to grab something quickly, OXXO stores are small, reasonably priced convenient stores located all over town.
HOW DO I DIAL? The local area code is 624 To dial to other countries: 00 + country code (1, 2 or 3 digits) + number From a Mexican land line or cell phone: To a Mexican long distance number: 01 + 3 digit area code + 7 digit number To a Mexican cell phone number: 3 digit area code + 7 digit number To a U.S. phone number: 00 + 1 + 3 digit area code + 7 digit number From your U.S. cell phone: To a Mexican land line or cell phone: 011 52 + 3 digit area code + number To a U.S. phone number: 00 + 1 + 3 digit area code + number Some U.S. cell phone carriers have arrangements with Mexican carriers and when you travel here your cell phone uses their towers. If this is your case, you will have to dial as if you had a Mexican phone. U.S. TOLL FREE NUMBERS (International rates will apply): To a 1 (800): 00 + 1 + 880 + phone number To a 1 (888): 00 + 1 + 881 + phone number To a 1 (877): 00 + 1 + 882 + phone number To a 1 (866): 00 + 1 + 883 + phone number DRIVING Renting a car will allow you to enjoy the freedom of exploring Los Cabos. Driving in Mexico might be intimidating, but if you just go with the muddled flow, you will realize that there is some organization within the chaos. If you are pulled over by local police for committing a driving infraction, the standard procedure is for them to take your Driver’s License. You will then have to go to the Police Station to pay your ticket and pick-up your license. There are two types of gasoline: Magna, which is regular, and Premium. Lleno (pronounced ye-no) means full. Major credit cards are accepted. Tipping the gas station attendant around $10.00 pesos is customary. There is a toll road that takes you from the airport to Cabo San Lucas or to the Todos Santos highway. By taking this road you avoid the taxi and shuttle traffic on the main highway. The cost varies from $63.00 to $75.00 pesos, depending on your destination. ALTO STOP

ART&CULTURE SAN JOSE DEL CABO
December is a big month for giving back in Los Cabos with popular events to benefit nonprofits in our community. First up, The Shoppes of Palmilla is presenting another fabulous Liga MAC Christmas Fiesta on Tuesday, December 6. Since its founding by a small group of women in 1995, Liga MAC (Mexican American Canadian League) has successfully supported marginalized families in San Jose del Cabo through education, health, and family services. Here in Los Cabos, many impoverished children go without gifts on Christmas Eve (known as "Noche Buena" in Mexico) and MAC's Christmas Fiesta goes a long way to gifting needy kids. Admission to the fiesta is an unwrapped toy for children up to 12 years of age that does not require batteries. Soccer balls, dolls, and stuffed animals are very popular. In the past, generous patrons have donated bikes, which the kids draw for during the annual Christmas party at MAC's Center in San Jose’s Zacatal neighborhood. Come and celebrate the holiday in a festive and fun environment with food and drink, Liga MAC's Children's Choir, and a night celebrating "Navidad." If you can't make the fiesta and wish to donate, reach out to Liga MAC at www.ligamac. org. Liga MAC's Book and Thrift Store in the Chamizal neighborhood of San Jose is open Tuesday and Saturday from 9am to 1pm. Donations are also welcome; for a location map visit Liga MAC A.C. on Facebook. December's big charity event, Sabor a Cabo, is this December 10 at Puerto Los Cabos' Sculpture Garden NE of San Jose and features many of the best restaurants in Los Cabos along with wine, libations and live music. Now in its 11th year, this season's act is Mexico's renowned "Supergroup" Mana; for tickets email ticket@caniracloscabos.com and see the in- depth Sabor a Cabo article on page XX of this month's Destino. tion for women—many whom are single parents— Sarahuaro assists in creating strong, independent families. Sarahuaro-sponsored children also receive a healthy meal on school days. Sarahuaro's creative women are known for their beautiful cloth dolls made from recycled fabrics along with lovely handicrafts that make unique gifts. Find them from 9am through 3pm at the Sarahuaro booth inside the Saturday Mercado Organico at Huerta Maria, behind the Art District in San Jose del Cabo (visit www.sanjomo.com for a location map). For other locations, to volunteer or donate, visit sarahuaro. org. Also present at the Saturday market are the Los Cabos Humane Society (LCHS) and Liga MAC booths. The Shoppes at Palmilla (Km. 27) holds its farmers market from 9am through 1pm each Friday with organic products and produce, local arts and crafts and booths featuring Liga MAC and the LCHS. Browse the stalls and mingle with locals; it's a wonderful way to enjoy the "Slow" side of Los Cabos in an upscale setting.
View art and enjoy a glass of wine as you stroll the enchanting streets of the Gallery District in downtown San Jose del Cabo. End your night with a dining experience at one of the many exquisite restaurants in the area. From the month of November through June, the Art Walk takes place every Thursday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, but the art itself never stops, the galleries are open all day, every day!
In Cabo San Lucas, the place to be each Wednesday and Saturday mornings is the Los Cabos Organic Market at the back entrance to Pedregal. The LCHS’s Margarita Partridge’s sunny smile greets patrons at the entrance. Her table is laden with gifts for pets, both canine and feline. Inside you’ll find fabulous organic fare, from fresh fruit and veggies to crafts, jewelry and decadent freshly prepared edibles. Shopping our markets supports our community and keeps profits in local hands.
The ever-growing Gallery District has become in recent years the cultural centre of Los Cabos with many high-end fine art galleries displaying original paintings, sculpture, photography, and jewelry made by local and international contemporary artists. Among these art galleries are shops housing the works by the top folk artists and artisans of Los Cabos and Mexico.
December is a reminder that for many Los Cabos families, a simple gift under the tree is not always possible. Let’s truly embrace the spirit of the holiday and shop with our hearts. For more information on how you can help email sanjoseinfo@gmail.com.

very year since it began in 2005, the Sabor a Cabo Culinary Festival, has steadily evolved and grown to this year's eleventh annual Los Cabos edition; that will feature the world-famous Mexican Rock & Roll band, MANÁ as the headlining music act. In 2014, it was the Rock & Roll group La Ley, who performed to an enthusiastic jam-packed crowd, while in 2015, Grammy award-winning singer Lila Downs took center stage. “Sabor a Cabo, thanks the governor's support, and that of our the mayor, in bringing a group of this magnitude to our event,” said Rodrigo Cabeza de Vaca, president of CANIRAC Los Cabos. Ruben Reachi, director of the Tourism Board of Los Cabos acknowledged that much of the event's success has been the culmination of a yearlong effort to continue growing in magnitude and international acclaim. “CANIRAC, (which is the Los Cabos Restaurants and Bars Association) gives appreciative thanks to those committed people of Los Cabos who make this special event possible,” said Reachi. The food and wine festival taking place from December 4-10, 2016 features Los Cabos chefs Rodrigo Cabeza de Vaca from La Galeria, Ángel Carbajal from Nick-San, Jesús Castro from Edith’s and The Office, and Paolo de la Corte from Sunset da Mona Lisa. Over 50 chefs from around the world are participating at Sabor a Cabo as well as Baja California wineries, from as far as the Guadalupe del Valle in Ensenada and as close as La Paz. Sabor a Cabo is a gourmet culinary extravaganza that rivals the best of the best in fine cuisine. 18

On Sunday afternoon, December 4th, guests will enjoy a nature outing at the orchard Los Tamarindos; a farm-style area where participants will learn everything about growing organic products and, ultimately, enjoy a cooking class and sample the succulent dishes of this unique restaurant. On December 6th, the Sculpture Garden at the Botanical Park Wirikuta, will host chefs Dieter Koschina, Federico Zanellato, Roberto Alcocer, Najat Kaanache, Thierry Blouet and Eduardo Osuna. Genaro Ruiz, Secretary of State Tourism, stressed that "The festival has become a benchmark of excellence of gastronomy and quality of services offered in Los Cabos." At the Friday, October 14th press conference held at San Jose del Cabo's Rock N Brew Restaurant Cantina, it was announced that attendees will be able to sample dishes from the 50 participating restaurants, as well as wines, cocktails, mezcal and tequila from top Mexican brands. Mexican microbreweries are also on the schedule of this 11th Sabor a Cabo event that is expecting three thousand lovers of delicious, mouthwatering cuisine and fine wine. Two years ago, the Sabor a Cabo Culinary Festival was held in postThanksgiving late November. The 11th annual food and wine event is still preceded by the BeerFest activities that occur two weeks prior on the Cabo San Lucas Marina at Puerto Paraiso, November 18-20. The amount of participating restaurants has risen from 30 dining establishments two years ago to 50 this year.
“Sabor a Cabo offers guests, visitors and residents alike an opportunity to experience the very best in gastronomy and wine offered anywhere in all of Mexico. They truly enjoy the Sabor a Cabo due to their great appreciation for great food and wine along with co-existence of quality,” noted Carmen Carbajal, of CANIRAC Los Cabos. The memorable cuisine will be supplemented once again by the exquisite wine from the valley's of Mexico known as Coahuila Parras, St. Thomas, San Rafael and the “Napa Valley of Mexico” Valle de Guadalupe. “Our destination has a rich and booming culinary scene that many people are still discovering. Events such as Sabor a Cabo highlight these offerings and provide us with a platform to position the unique products, sustainable brands and delicious flavors available in this particular region of Mexico.” said Eduardo Segura, Managing Director of the Los Cabos Tourism Board. In 2014, an unprecedented Sabor a Cabo arrival was a one-star Michelin chef recipient from Tokyo, Japan. That same year, Dieter Koschina, owner and chef of Vilajoya Restaurant in Portugal was awarded a 3rd level Michelin Star and #22 best of the world ranking. Awarded his first Michelin star in 1995, Koschina's guiding culinary philosophy of “First the flavour, then the presentation,” is a continuing testament of what the, “reaching world-wide status and prestige” event, is truly all about. The cost for a ticket to the main Saturday, December 10th gala held at the Sculpture Garden of Puerto Los Cabos will be $200 U.S. dollars general admission, $350 to see MANÁ and a limited seating 48 VIP tables at a price of $500 per chair. Ninety percent of all proceeds will benefit the Los Cabos Children's Foundation as well as the Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo Fire Departments and the Red Cross. Tickets are limited and the growing event is usually sold out. For more information please call (624) 143-3944 or Email: caniracloscabos@gmail. com and/or visit www.saboracabo.mx *

BABY TURTLE RELEASE OR SEE A MOTHER TURTLE LAY HER EGGS
One of the most naturally beautiful sights one can see in Baja is a mother turtle coming ashore to lay her eggs in the sand. From June through January, Olive Ridley and Leatherback turtles, two of the more common species of sea turtles in the area, lay their eggs in the sand just above the tide. From here, the eggs incubate in their nest for about 2 months. Then, the baby turtles climb out and make the daunting trip to the water.

The importance of a Whale Tail
by Philipp Moser - Naturalist and guide at www.cabotrek.com
This year, Cabo Trek will start with a Humpback Whale Photo Identification research program in which Humpback Whales and other marine mammals are identified by the unique marks and patters of coloration on their tail. When a good photo is taken, researchers and scientists around the world are able to compare catalogues and locate known animals during their long migrations. So why is such research so important? Well the reasons are multiple: • It contributes to a better understanding of the distribution, abundance and dynamics of the Humpback Whales that migrate through the Baja California Sur region. • It raises awareness about responsible whale watching and ecotourism practices. It will help educate the local community of boat operators, tour guides, residents and tourists, about the local marine fauna with the intent of promoting lasting changes toward preserving and conserving a healthy marine ecology. This research will be conducted on the field for the entire 2016-2017 whale watching season, starting December 15th through the April 15th. The goal is to locate, photo-identify and record songs of Humpback Whales and collect as much data as possible, such as position, time and particularities. A record of other marine mammals in the area will be kept including dolphins and other species of whales such as the Gray, Blue, Fin, Pilot, Sperm, Bryde's and Killer whales. Fluke identification photos will primarily help to build a data base of the individual Humpback Whales that visit the Cabo San Lucas area and in further instance leading to the collaboration with other organizations in Mexico as well as in the U.S. to improve larger existing fluke identification catalogues. Data collected will help the region to become acknowledged as a mariner mammal site, which will increase further resources to study and protect the whales. It will also help identify potential sensitive regions for Humpback Whales and it will contribute to the scientific community's understanding of the Northeastern Pacific Humpback Whale population. The whales are on their way to Cabo, so are the tourists, both are here to have a good time: so don't forget to join a reputable whale watching company that respects the environment and the animals. *

Learn About
BAJA'S WILD SIDE by Alex Navarro – Eco-tourism expert
Some History About the Baja Peninsula The name California existed before the discovery of America and was used by Europeans to describe a mythical or fictitious island of pure paradise. The word Calafia likely came from Khalifa , an Arabic word meaning religious state leader, and the Spanish word California meant “Land of the Leader.” Part of the legend says that a powerful black woman queen named Calafia ruled over the island of California. She is said to have been an Amazon, a strong women of great size and the most beautiful and courageous. There were no men in this kingdom and it was said to be the most powerful of the earth at the time. All their weapons were made of gold because it was the only metal available in the land. She is said to have had an amazing fleet. These stories are written in the book “Las Sergas de Esplandian” by the Spanish writer Garci Rodriguez de Montalvo in 1521. The first humans arrived to the peninsula about 14,000 years ago using the Pacific Ocean coastal routes. They were nomads and three main tribal groups are completely defined from this pre-hispanic era. The Cochimies in the north, the Guaycuras in the middle of the peninsula, and the Pericues in the south. As well as the Yumano and other indigenous families like the Kumiai, Cucapa, Paipai, Kiliwa, Cahilla and Akula. Most of these groups lived in family ranches of about 250 individuals. The peninsula holds two states from Mexico, Baja California which became a state in 1952 and Baja California Sur which became a state of the Mexican Republic in 1974. Before, they were known as The North Territory of Baja California and The South Territory of Baja California. Hernan Cortez is considered as the conqueror of the peninsula, which was thought of as an island, but the first European to set foot was Fortun Jimenez arriving on the “Concepcion” ship in 1534. When Cortez arrived he thought he had found the island of the mythical Queen Calafia. It is estimated that at the time of the first contact between Europeans and Aboriginals the population was 40,000 – 50,000. The peninsula has approximately 3000 km. of coastline, not including all its surrounding islands, which add another 1500 km. It is approximately 1200 km. long and from 45 to 250 km. wide. Its highest point is the Devil’s Peak at 3096 m. The first mission in Baja, Our Lady of Loreto which still exists, was established in 1697 by the jesuit Juan Ma. Salvatierra, by license of the Virrey Don Jose Sarmiento y Valladares. Today, Baja is still a paradise. Full of wonderful places to visit and history to discover. And as always, and not a myth, there are amazing modern women warriors among us still today. Not forgetting, all us great guys too! 24

ven though our fall is fading, our average temperature of 62 to 84 degrees feels mighty pleasant and more like summer to many of our visitors. Sportfishing seems also to be following that same trend. If you take a few moments to look around Cabo’s Harbor and Marina at the fleet of Sportfishers and pangas of every description, it’s clear that they represent “a field of dreams” for visiting anglers seeking their individual brand of excitement. Recently there was a FREE entry tournament for all anglers/participants fishing on a Los Cabos charter boat on November 15, 16, 17 and 18, 2016 -the Los Cabos Big Game Charter Boat Classic -- sponsored by the Los Cabos Tourism Board. For many tourists, billfish -- striped marlin, blue marlin and black marlin as well as sailfish and swordfish -- provide an irresistible challenge. Although size matters, the spectacular sight of their acrobatics as they gracefully leap about in the water will remain etched in an angler’s mind for a lifetime. Equally exciting are the yellowfin tuna that frequent the waters surrounding Baja’s tip. One monster, caught in another tournament by
Chucky Van Wormer, son of Baja pioneers, Robert (Bobby) and ‘Cha Cha’ Van Wormer, was only two-pounds short of the mystical 300-pound mark. However, there are plenty of smaller ones beginning at 10-pounds to practice on before the big ones arrive. Another November favorite are the wahoo -- slim and sleek speedsters known for their white meat. Local restaurants will dazzle you with their preparation of the wahoo steaks. Inshore fishing is always a welcome choice; the shorter trips won’t take up the full day. Leaving early at 7 a.m. and returning before noon, the trips usually require less traveling and allow more fishing time. Oddly enough, the possibilities are not unlike the longer all-day trips. It is not unusual to find billfish, dorado or yellowfin tuna during these inshore trips, though the fish may be smaller than those caught farther offshore. However, the number of options for other fish is increased. On the surface, white and black skipjack tuna, bonito, sierra mackerel, roosterfish and jack crevalle (all strong fighters) are fun to catch. All should be released with the exception of the white skipjack and sierra mackerel which are good eating. Fishing the bottom on rocky points or pinnacles can be equally productive. Pargo, red snapper, cabrilla, grouper, amberjack and yellowtail are all likely possibilities over the next few months. Baja’s diverse fishery is not one of those one-size-fits all kind of fishery. Instead, it offers many nuances and an extraordinary list of species that are fun to catch on a variety of different tackles, from heavy to spinning, as well as fly tackle for those who are looking for even more of a challenge. Tight lines to you all! * Everything you need to know about Baja Sur

Cabo Pulmo National Park

This summer the conditions were very unusual. We experienced cold water until August with temperatures from 66°F to 77°F and some strong currents from the north that made it easier to scuba the coral reefs. Lots of sea life was spotted such as huge schools of big eye jacks, manta rays, green eels, hundreds of schooling leopard groupers, and the visibility was 100 ft+. We have been using a 3mm wet suit, just because of the thermocline and the Sea of Cortez has been like a lake. Diveing and snorkeling sites in Cabo pulmo are about a 5 minute by boat, so if you get there by 9:00 a.m. you return by 1:00 p.m, right in time for lunch for some fish tacos, sea food chile rellenos, pizza, and much more. 26
It takes about 1:45 minutes driving from Cabo San Lucas down the Hwy 1 towards the airport, past Miraflores and Santiago and you and then weer right towards La Rivera. From there its about 17 kms, the last 7 kms being a dirt road but very accessible with no need for 4X4 . When you least expect it you are in the small village of Cabo Pulmo where there is only 150 people population, a town supplied by solar power and propane gas for refrigeration and cooking. Don’t expect to see a Mc Donalds around there, so be prepared for an adventure and be ready to experience the true Baja! Imagine floating in a turquoise bay with pink sand, snorkelling with a whale shark or riding some epic waves, each beach offers something unique. Here is a list of the must-see beaches to help you decide which one is for you or just visit them all!
Cabo San Lucas Along the Corridor If you’re looking for the action, here it is. El Médano (as the locals call it) is a 2-mile stretch of hotels, restaurants and bars, right on the sand. It’s a swimmable and family-friendly beach with endless options for souvenir shopping. Numerous activities and water sports are available. If you want to take a water taxi to Lover’s Beach, this is the best spot to do it. Its stunning view of Land’s End and the vast entertainment options make this beach a must-see.
LAS VIUDAS
Las Viudas (The Widows) beach is not visible from the road and is possibly the most private beach you will find on this list. What makes it unique are the rock formations that create small pools and coves where you can have a private and peaceful beach day. This beach is swimmable with caution, but if you find your own pool you can avoid the waves. Location: Turn right at Km. 12.5 of the corridor and follow the dirt road down to the beach. There is a sign that reads “Las Viudas” but keep your eyes peeled; the entrance sneaks up on you. Tips: You won’t find any services or vendors so bring all your beach essentials with you.
tional Marine Preserve offers. This family-friendly beach is relatively secluded; therefore, you rarely run into beach vendors. However, the beach does have brand new bathrooms and palapas. Location: Travelling west from Cabo San Lucas towards San José, follow the sign which reads “Santa María” and exit the highway at Km. 13. Follow the dirt road until you reach the parking area. Tips: Swim from the shore towards the rocks on the right side of the beach for a great snorkeling experience.
San Jose del Cabo PALMILLA
CHILENO
Location: In the heart of downtown Cabo San Lucas. The beach is accessible by foot through the east side of the marina or via Avenida del Pescador. Tips: Be prepared to be approached by souvenir vendors. If you’re not there for the shopping, just respond with “No, gracias.” Prices don’t vary much from one water sports rental place to another. Visit Lover’s Beach while you’re there.
LOVER’S BEACH
Getting there is an adventure in itself, due to the fact that it is reachable only by boat or kayak. The easiest way is to take a water taxi from the Cabo San Lucas Marina or Medano Beach. Prices are around $15.00 USD per person. Ask your captain to cruise by the arch and the sea lion rock for some great photo opportunities. Once you arrive, you’ll notice the striking rock formations and caves. Walk to the other side of the rocks and you’ll find yourself looking at the Pacific Ocean; the locals call this Divorce Beach. This side is very dangerous for swimming because of the powerful undertow, so swim on Lover’s Beach only. Location: Land’s End beside the famous arch. This beach is accessible only by boat. Tips: There are a couple of vendors who offer beer and water, but you won’t find any other services. A good idea is to spend the day at Medano Beach and take an hour or two to go to Lover’s Beach; this should be time enough to explore this natural wonderland. 28

Chileno is a very popular location for snorkelling, swimming or just spending the day under the newlyinstalled palapas. You’ll find tide pools at the east end of the beach and beautiful reefs offering excellent snorkelling and scuba diving. This is the only beach with public restrooms and it has plenty of palapas for shade. Location: Going from Cabo San Lucas towards San José, follow the signs for Chileno Beach Club near Km. 14 of the main highway. Tips: If you visit Chileno on a weekend, make an effort to arrive early; snorkelling visibility is often better in the mornings, you’ll avoid the mid-day snorkel tours and, if you beat the crowds, you’ll be guaranteed a palapa to yourself for much-needed shade. Bring snorkelling gear!
SANTA MARIA
Santa Maria offers a stunning horseshoe cove with coarse coral-colored sand and abundant marine life. Boat excursions and private charters often stop here to enjoy the snorkelling and scuba diving that this Na-
Palmilla beach is known for its family-friendly calm waters and a mile-long stretch of beach. Located within the resort community of Palmilla, you will find yourself surrounded by oceanfront luxury homes, the One&Only Hotel and the world renowned Jack Nicklaus Ocean Nine golf course. Pangas and fishing cruisers are available for charter, but you won’t find water sport rentals such as kayaks or jet skis. Location: Take the Palmilla ramp exit at Km. 27. Follow the signs and turn into the main beach parking area before the entrance to the One&Only Hotel. Tips: Palmilla is popular among local families on the weekends, so arrive early if you want a palapa, or bring your own umbrella. No services are available here.
COSTA AZUL
If what you’re looking for is a good surf spot you can find it here without driving out of town. Head over to Zipper’s for a surf session and lunch and beers at the restaurant. To the west of Zippers is Acapulquito beach where the Cabo Surf Hotel and Mike Doyle Surf School are located. You can find surf shops in the area where you can rent surf and
stand-up paddle boards and set up lessons. The surf is bigger during the summer, and in the winter this is a good spot for snorkelling and swimming. Location: Exit into the arroyo at Km. 28 via the Costa Azul Bridge. Tips: Swimming with caution is possible in this area but keep an eye out for surfers.
On the Pacific CERRITOS
Cerritos beach is a popular surf spot and swimming here is relatively safe. The scenic 45-minute drive from Cabo San Lucas is well worth the trip as you drive along the pristine Pacific coast. The Cerritos Beach Club Restaurant is a perfect spot to spend a relaxing day, maybe even get a massage on the beach. If you want to be active, you can take a surf lesson at Baja Surf Camp or rent surf and boogie boards at the Costa Azul Surf Shop. Location: Exit at Km. 66 of the Cabo San Lucas to Todos Santos Highway. Watch the markers and look for the signs. Drive about 1.7 miles to the beach area. Tips: Lounge chairs, restrooms, food and drinks are available at The Cerritos Beach Club Restaurant. The ocean currents are strong and the waves can be quite powerful on a big day, so swim with caution.
La Paz
BALANDRA
A stunning bay that will take your breath away. You can walk back and forth in the bay in waist high water that is crystal clear with shades of blue turquoise. Follow the shore towards the north-east side and you will find the famous “mushroom rock” as well as other interesting rock formations. Pictures just don’t do it justice. You won’t regret visiting Playa Balandra! Location: About 30 minutes from the boardwalk in La Paz. Simply follow the main drag along the boardwalk, then through Costa Baja Golf Course and continue to wind around the coast and through the mountains until you see the signs for the beach. Tips: No bathroom facilities. There is a truck where you can buy water and snacks, but it is recommended to bring your own in case they are closed. There are palapas, but not a lot. You can rent kayaks and snorkel gear.
Loreto
ISLA CORONADO
A wildlife reserve where visitors may anchor, snorkel, scuba and camp. The panga ride usually includes a cruise around the island where it’s very common to see sea lions, seals and even sea otters. The only swimmable beach on the island has pristine white sand and shallow crystal clear turquoise water, which creates ideal snorkelling conditions. Coronado Island is the ideal place for an adventure or to simply immerse yourself in nature and relax. Location: About 7 miles or 30 minutes (on boat) northeast of Loreto. Tips: To get to Coronado Island you must take a boat or a panga. You will find pangas in Loreto’s Marina that you can hire to take you. The best option is to ask your concierge to arrange this for you. There are no services or restaurants on the beach. There are several large palapas with tables and benches and also an ecorestroom. Bring hiking shoes if you plan to explore the area. Bring Snorkelling gear!

12 FEAST OF THE VIRGIN OF GUADALUPE
,
This yearly celebration is a national display of Catholic tradition and Mexican culture that fills San Jose del Cabo and San Lucas with street fairs, fireworks and processions following mass at both historical Catholic Churches in each city. In San Jose del Cabo, the event will take place in the central plaza, while in San Lucas the festivities will be at Amelia Wilkes Plaza, located at Miguel Hidalgo and Cabo San Lucas Boulevard. On this date, Catholics from across Mexico and other countries pay pilgrimage to the day that it is believed a man named Juan Diego encountered the Virgin Mary twice in Mexico City, on December 9 and December 12 in 1531. According to this centuries old legend, Mary told Juan to ask the bishop to build a church on Tepeyac Hill. The bishop however, needed proof of Juan’s encounter and asked for a miracle. Juan returned to the hill to see roses in a spot where there was previously cactus. When Juan Diego returned, he presented the red roses to the archbishop that also revealed an image on his cloak of the Lady of Guadalupe. According to the story of the Lady of Guadalupe, Mary spoke in the Nahuatl language when she appeared to Diego. It is said that millions of indigenous people in Mexico were converted to Catholicism as a result of her appearance and miracle. The bishop was convinced of the miracle and built a church in honor of the event. Our Lady of Guadalupe Day is not a federal public holiday Mexico, but it is a religious festival, that is exceedingly popular. It is an optional holiday for some workers and a holiday for banks and other financial sector organizations. The day Juan Diego encountered the Virgin Mary is considered a turning point in Mexican history, when native inhabitants finally converted from their Aztec religious beliefs to that of Christianity.

THE CHRISTMAS POSADAS
From Monday December 16 until Tuesday, Christmas Eve December 24, the country of Mexico and Baja California Sur Region of Los Cabos celebrate the 9 days of candlelit processions that continue until the day before Christmas. The Posadas are an important part of Mexican Christmas celebrations. The word posada means "inn" or "shelter" in Spanish, and this tradition re-enacts Mary and Joseph's search for a place to stay in Bethlehem. Posadas are held in Mexico on each of the nine nights leading up to Christmas. The celebration begins with a procession in which the participants hold candles and sing Christmas carols. There are always individuals who dress up and play the parts of Mary and Joseph, leading the way.

BILINGUAL CHRISTMAS SERVICES IN LOS CABOS ,
The Cabo San Lucas Catholic Church, built in 1730, is the main Catholic place of worship year round in Cabo. For Christmas, the church will offer bilingual masses on 12/24 Christmas Eve at 8:00 pm and 12/25 Christmas Day at 12:00 noon. The church is located at Cabo San Lucas Boulevard & Francisco Madero, across the street from Plaza Amelia Wilkes. In San JosĂŠ del Cabo, the historic Catholic Mission Church, which is found at the main plaza, will offer masses on the 25th at 10:00 am in English. A part of the Christmas tradition in Mexico are the savory treats that are a nationwide favorite known as buĂąuelos; which are crispy fried flour tortillas soaked in honey, or brown sugar. Other Mexican staples of the Christmas celebrations south of the border are tamales and ''atole'' or ''champurrado'', which is a thick hot and savory chocolate drink.

LOS CABOS MUSIC SCENE by Marylin Graham
A new season, a new year, time to get plugged into the latest music scene of Los Cabos. Whether you like jazz, rock, Latin, salsa, flamingo, pop, soul music, the symphony or a choir, there is something for you. You just have to know where to look. Jazz can be found in Cabo San Lucas in many venues but here are some of my favorites. Two for the Road (Hotel Tesoro), with Kathy Daniels and Montana is a cozy bar usually featuring singers performing the American Songbook, maybe Corey Prentice or an out of town guest. Another great jazz venue is Cabo Wine and Jazz where you will often discover spontaneous jam sessions by the areas’s best musicians! Club Cascadas, a beautiful venue on the beach, offers jazz, pop and romantic music with different performers nightly. I am fond of Tuesdays at Cascadas with Daline Jones and Diego Ramirez, Cabo’s famous Duet. (Although you can catch them at Cerritos Beach Sunday afternoons in a fun outdoor venue. Or listen to Diego Ramirez jazz piano at the Hilton.) Also don’t miss the Mexican Fiesta with Luna Itzel on Fridays at Cascadas. The Office on Cabo’s beach also offers a variety of the area’s best musicians, including Shalom Jazz Band. Other Cabo venues: Puerta Vieja features piano, salsa and Cuban music. Latitude 22 Roadhouse is home to a fun weekend show by Peter Bacon. Hopefully Nikki Beach will continue with live jazz this year. And give Common Table, Solomon’s Landing, Ramuri or Maria Corona a try. Or treat yourself to the Mango Deck on Tuesdays to hear a new group, the Tribu Jazz Quintet, Juan Carlos Madariaga on piano, Raul Herrera on drums, Adrian Grand on guitar, Hugo Navarro on bass and Arturo Ramirez on violin. Jazz in San Jose del Cabo can be found in L’Osteria, Flora’s Farm, JWMarriott, Samba Restaurant in the Grand Mayan, and other places, like Syriaccus Bar and possibly Jazz Tapas Bar. Rock ‘n Roll’s headquarters in Los Cabos is still Cabo Wabo, Sammy Hagar’s legendary night-club. While Rock ‘n Brews in San Jose del Cabo, founded by Kiss members Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley, features comfort food, sports TV and rock ‘n roll. And there is always the Tropicana in San Jose for music and mariachis. On another note, Brian Flynn! Wherever he is playing, maybe at La Palapa, you will find rocking fun times. I also enjoy Esquina Bar with Totoy. You might visit Cabo Blue, where you could find country or rock. Or perhaps you can stop at the Jungle Bar or Desperados. Another fairly new addition to the nightlife scene in Cabo is Rockstone Tavern and Eatery. Baja Brewery, both in Cabo and San Jose, features rock/pop. And you can always find music on the beach at Zippers, San Jose. Last but not least, watch for holiday announcements regarding the Los Cabo Youth Symphony Orchestra and the Polyphonic Choir of Los Cabos performances. Local charities also provide occasional music events throughout the year that are announced locally, like LigaMAC and their coming 20th Anniversary celebration in March 2017. So stay tuned for hopefully a year full of great music, all our favorites as well as exciting new surprises! * Everything you need to know about Baja Sur

IN THE SPOTLIGHT
Cabo San Lucas has certainly seen its share of changes over the years. Growing from a small sleepy fishing village to one of today's most vibrant world class destinations, Cabo's choices of boating tours has also grown. In 1985, the Pez Gato I, a Hawaiian style catamaran, was brought to these sunny shores, as the dream of a California fireman, Paul Murphy. She was the very first Sunset Cruise in Cabo. In the beginning, there weren't many tourists and the ones that were here, were offered trips on the Pez Gato, directly on the beach, in front of where the Office Restaurant now sits. A lot has changed since then, but the Pez Gato Company is still Cabo's leader for boat cruises. In 2006, recognizing that the returning clientele was becoming more sophisticated, the Tropicat, an elegant 65 Ě catamaran was added to the fleet and The Jazz & Wine Tour was born. This luxurious and unique cruise caters to those guests who appreciate being on the water while listening to smooth jazz, sipping wine and enjoying exquisitely prepared appetizers. The Tropicat proudly boats an international bar with 6 different wine selections from around the world and a menu that is rotated seasonally to showcase the flavors of Baja. Currently, the menu features a variety of cheeses and cured meats, fresh vegetables, tropical fruits, fresh sea bass ceviche, spicy crab dip and other local offerings. The real star of this tour is beauty of the Pacific and the Sea of Cortez coastline. Sailing under an incredible pink and orange sunset, sitting back, relaxing, meeting new friends and appreciating nature at its finest is what makes the Jazz and Wine Cruise consistently one of the most sought after activities. The Tropicat is also available for private charters (birthday celebrations, wedding rehearsal cruises, bachelorette/bachelor parties, corporate groups and much more). On her other vessels, the Pez Gato Company offers daily Whale Watching Tours (in season), Snorkeling Tours to Santa Maria Bay, the Cabo Mar Fiesta Dinner Cruise, and the Pez Gato Party Cruise (Cabo's First and Original). Cost for The Jazz & Wine Tour : $75.00usd per adults, $37.50 per child 5 to 11 years. Duration: 2 hours - Departs 5:00 pm daily Reservations can be made by calling 143- 3797 (from Cabo) or 619-446-6339 (from the US) or you can book directly at www.pezgato.com.
