There are many reasons why millions of tourists visited Southern Baja last year: adventure, relaxation, golf, fishing, and more. According to FITURCA, the Tourism Escrow of Los Cabos, 13% of visitors came to Los Cabos during 2021 exclusively for its excellent gastronomic variety. The restaurant industry has shown remarkable resilience in the face of a post-pandemic world. Our destination offers food lovers the best of all worlds, from innovative recipes to groundbreaking culinary experiences and traditional Mexican dishes with the freshest and finest locally sourced ingredients.
