DEVELOR’s HSE training and workshop programs are designed to ensure the mindset shift and attitude change of the managers and employees. They properly fit into the organizational training and educational programs as they well integrate the compulsory HSE educations. They are not intended to replace the already existing programs, but rather as an addition to them, we are proposing our trainings, workshops and our communicational services to enhance their efficiency.
CULTURE CHANGE We have further developed the Swiss Cheese model of James Reaven and implemented it in our training programs. This analogy illustrates that hazards are prevented from causing human losses by several layers of defense. The cheese slices represent safety regulations, tools, initiatives and human factors. In daily life there are flaws in each layer and if these wholes align, accident happens. The more holes there are, the bigger danger we are in. Accidents can be caused by active errors or error traps. Our programs aim to eliminate holes that can be linked to the human factor and to insert new cheese slices into the system.
