4 STEPS SPEAKS CLEARLY THAN THAT OF KP. KP is no doubt well established theory of sub lord even though in many cases it does not give satisfactory answer and consequently with unbiased mind I had not to further stick with KP only and further investigation is being continued by scholars. The order of Significator as per KP is being illustrated from the strongest to weakest and in this continuation what does KP State is being submitted as under.
(A) KP THEORY STATES that: (1) Planet(s) in the constellation of the occupant º is / are the strongest significators (2) If there is no planet in the occupant’s star, the occupant itself becomes the strong significator of that house; (3) If the house is not occupied by any planet, the planet in the star of the owner of a house is strong significator than that of owner of that house; (4) The owner itself becomes strong significator of the house if any one of above three condition is not fulfilled.
(B) But 4 STEPS THEORY STATES that: (1) A planet itselfº becomes strong significator of that house to which it has occupied and specially if there is /are no other planet(s) in the star of that occupant planet and this is 2nd preference of KP. (2) A planet gives the result indicated by its star lord to which this star lord occupies and this 2nd preference of 4 Step is first preference of KP. (3) A planet becomes significator of a house where its sub lord is placed. (4) A planet becomes significator of a house where star lord of its sub lord is placed.
(C) In my chart under investigation one native got Govt. Job during DBA of planets MARS-KETU-JUPITER-JUPITER who are 1st grade significators of 2,6 and 11 as per 4 STEPS THEORY delineated as below. In this case neither MARS (in 2nd house & no planet in its star) nor JUPITER (in 6th & no planet in its star) is star lord of any planet and KETU is in sign of Jupiter in 11th house in its own sub and also aspected by JUPITER. Thus, these three planets in above DBA are strong significator of 2,6,11 to give result of Govt. Job in Indian Judiciary. [D.N. MISRA]
