Fudge Ingredients 1 - 6 oz package chocolate chips 1 – 8 oz package cream cheese 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 pound box powdered sugar 2 cups chopped walnuts (optional) Melt chocolate chips over very low heat. Blend in cream cheese and vanilla. The mixture becomes very shinny and begins to separate. Work powdered Sugar into chocolate mixtures until well blended. Add nuts. Place in Buttered 8x8 pan and chill. Cut to desired size- store in refrigerator.
