• 1 banana, mashed • 1 free-range egg • 1 heaping Tbsp. almond flour • 1 tsp. vanilla extract • Dash of cinnamon • 1 Tbsp. sour cream or yogurt (optional) • A few blueberries

Susan says: For most of us there’s no getting around it, sooner or later a craving for something sweet is going to hit. And when it does, make sure that you’re ready with a recipe of a healthy sweet dessert. A little indulgence here and there doesn’t hurt but… eating these healthy pancakes will not only satisfy your sweet tooth, you’ll feel good after eating them, too.

Get as many organic ingredients from this list as you possibly can. • Mash one whole banana and lightly beat with the egg • Add almond flour, vanilla and cinnamon • Pour mixture into a frying pan and cook until golden on each side • When both sides are done serve with the sour cream and blueberries
