There are so many things we will miss about our home here in Morgan’s Branch! We had no idea how much we would love it here when we moved in - and now we have such a great appreciation for our home and this amazing community, along with the adorable little city of Belmont! It will be hard for us to leave it all behind, and our hope is that the new family will be equally as blessed here. Our Morgan’s Branch community is really wonderful. You will always see neighbors taking walks - and you’ll see lots of dogs too. We have a Facebook group where we share ideas, help each other with projects, discuss neighborhood goings on - like organizing monthly food trucks or holiday celebrations for Easter or Halloween, etc. There are many talented people in the neighborhood who offer their services or sell their products in the group and we even have a list of babysitters and house/dog sitters which is a plus. It’s been very convenient to have a boat lot where we can store our boat without having to pay anything extra. The new community trails and dog park have been great additions and help us stay active close to home. There’s a great mixture of families at different stages in the neighborhood. As empty nesters, we love seeing kids playing on the playground, riding their bikes and enjoying the pool. It’s great for us actually, as early risers, because the pool is often empty in the morning hours! Then there’s our home. Ah, we wish we could just pack it up and take it with us! We love everything about it but I would have to say these things stand out: • Dual master closets - how will I ever live without these???? • Large kitchen with lots of cabinets • Double ovens • Large island • Single sink • Open floor plan for gathering together • Perfect for entertaining • Large, cozy Master downstairs • All other bedrooms upstairs - we hardly know anyone else is here! • So many upgrades we didn’t even realize until after moving in • Loft area for movie nights • Second master upstairs with private bathroom • Drop zone for extra storage • So much storage! • Did I mention ALL the storage? • Back patio - it’s so peaceful and there’s no one behind us so it’s very private • Convenience to Lake Wylie • Convenience to Belmont We’ll miss our home and we pray the next family will love it just as much as we have!
