• The HOA has made many nice improvements in the years that we’ve lived here, including new siding and painting on all buildings, improved landscaping, and recently painting the parking lot lines, all of which make the complex more pleasant and appealing.
• Being surrounded by trees and foliage in the very back of the neighborhood makes this condo feel like an oasis of nature in the middle of the city—we listen to owls calling in the woods, feed humming birds from the porch, and there’s even a small herd of deer that pass through occasionally. Walking around the complex grounds feels like having our own personal park.
• The third floor unit is very private with views of mostly trees out the windows—the bedroom feels like a treehouse! And no one lives above you.
• The neighbors are great, especially the ones on our side of the building, everyone is quiet, easygoing, and looks out for each other.
