Note: Landing at Peninsula’s helipad is available exclusively for guests booked at the hotel. Pick up or drop off at other locations in town are subject to 669 USD surcharge PLUS additional landing permit fees, which vary depending on location.

Ground transportation in town from helipad to final destination is not included and will be charged for separately.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Cancellation: There will be no penalty if reservation is cancelled 5 days prior to the scheduled mission time. Cancellation between 1 and 4 days before the scheduled mission time, a penalty of USD 1.338 will be applied.

For cancellation shorter than 1 hour before the scheduled mission time or no show, full amount as indicated in the agreed quotation will be charged.

Delay: Delay of a total mission time, which is caused by longer waiting time, is allowed up to 15 minutes without penalty. Delay penalty of USD 81 per 15 minutes will be applied when the delay exceeds the allowable time. Fraction of 15 minutes will be rounded up to 15 minutes. The helicopter supplier would make their best effort to accommodate your delay beyond one hour but it is subject to aircraft availability.

Your maximum delay time (beyond 1 hour) will be advised prior to your mission.

Reschedule: Reschedule is accepted without charge 24 hours prior to scheduled mission time. A fee of 535 USD will be applied, if request for the reschedule is received between 30 minutes and 24 hours prior to the scheduled mission time. Rescheduled itinerary must be within 30 days from the original mission date. Amendable itinerary can only be confirmed subject to aircraft availability. No reschedule will be accepted shorter than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled mission time and it will be treated as cancellation.

Payment: Full prepayment must reach our account not later than 5 days prior to scheduled charter date. If pre-payment is not received as stipulated in our quotation, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Insurance: The proposed EC 135 is insured for the sum of 10 million USD for its passengers and third party in addition to 4 million USD for its hull.

The EC-130 is insured for the sum of 20 million USD for its passengers and the third party in addition to 2.5 million USD for its hull.
