Private villas – Sri Lanka There are few islands in the world which can offer such diversity of scenery as Sri Lanka. Add to this its relatively small size and this means that almost all its fantastic attractions can be visited in one holiday. The island offers: ancient Sinhalese ruins; immensely beautiful scenery; national parks in which leopards and elephants wander freely; azure oceans with whales and dolphins; world heritage sites and perhaps its biggest lure, endless stretches of un-spoilt palm fringed beaches.

Most of the islandâ€&#x;s villas and heritage homes can be found along the length of the more developed southwest coast between Bentota and the historic city of Galle and along the slightly more rustic shoreline towards Tangalle. The bungalows tend to be up in the hill country and amongst the tea plantations.

Private villas – Phuket Phuket is Thailand‟s largest and most famous island. This beautiful, lush green island located off the Andaman coast, has a breathtaking coastline, densely forested interior ridge and views across the spectacular limestone islands of Phang Nga Bay. Its‟ welldeveloped tourism infrastructure means that the island offers unbeatable facilities including an enormous range of sporting activities, several world class golf courses, superb restaurants and plenty of shopping and entertainment opportunities.

Phuket‟s colonial heritage remains visible in the main town despite the modern development along its shores. The island is renowned for being a jumping off point for sailing and cruising charters as well as offering countless boat trips around the unspoilt offshore islands of Phang Nga Bay; these sheer limestone rocks that jut out of the emerald sea are one of Phuket‟s foremost attractions. The best and most popular beaches are to be found on the west coast, while the northern beaches on the west coast are quieter and less developed.

As opposed to being directly on the beach, most villas in Phuket are set on a hillside with stunning views across the Andaman Sea and a refreshing breeze. However, some recently developed luxury villa estates offer spectacular oceanfront locations.
