In this day and age, when obesity is a big problem across the world, there are a lot of people who are struggling to gain some weight. 1.Balance Of Nutrition And Calories: Usually, people make the mistake of binging on high calorie junk food to put on some extra kilos but this is a very wrong way to do it. Adding whole milk to breakfast cereals, making your own salad dressing in healthy oils and including potato in your diet can help you in maintaining the balance of nutrition and calories.

Other than the three meals that you eat, adding snacks in between is a smart way to maintain the regime of eating regularly. Remember that you need to have some interval in between these meals and snacks to ensure you digest your food properly.


3. Snacks: Now that you have decided to eat snacks in-between the meals, it is really important to choose them wisely. You can’t eat anything random in the name of snacks. Fruit juice, dry fruits and milk at bedtime can be included in the snacks.
