A special magic settles over the village when the first snow falls here in Obergurgl. The splendour of this moment helps to create picture-perfect landscapes and forms the basis for top quality skiing in the most snow-secure winter sports resort in the Alps. Best of all, on 17th November the new season will begin! Our exclusive ski-resort area, which boasts 112 optimally groomed kilometres of slopes, 25 high-performance lifts and plenty of space for wide turns between 1,800 m and 3,080 m, will once again open its doors to smiling ski fans.

The "Santé" vinothek has been curated for this express purpose: This impressive venue boasts a stylish setting for wine tastings with our sommelier or for an exclusive private dinner with fondue or gourmet menu. The table, which is made of old oak-barrel wood, is one of a kind. It was crafted exclusively for the Hochfirst out of 6,500 litre Zweigelt barrels sourced from the Domäne Wachau Dürnstein winery. In our walk-in wine vinothek, you will find rarities from the best wine-growing regions in the world.

Hochfirst’s Reservation Policies

RATES

All rates include half board. The local tax of € 3.50 per person/day will be added separately.

DEPOSIT

50% of the total amount will be charged at reservation. Reservations can only be guaranteed if the deposit is paid on time.

CANCELLATIONS

After reservations have been made, the rules and regulations of the Conditions of Austrian Hotels apply, also for cancellations. We will charge the full amount according to the reservation even if you depart early. We recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy.

PAYMENT METHODS

PETS

Pets are not allowed anywhere at the Alpen-Wellness Resort.

ROOMS

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Rooms are ready from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. The rooms remain available to you until 11:00 am on the day of departure. Please contact us if you would like to check out late (surcharge).

PARKING GARAGE

We would be pleased to reserve a parking garage space for an additional charge of € 15.00 per day.

A DIRECT APPROACH TO THE ÖTZTAL VALLEYARRIVING BY HELICOPTER

At eye level with the Tyrolean mountains: In cooperation with Heli Tirol, we offer exclusive journeys by helicopter, which will fly you directly from the Innsbruck and Munich airports to the Ötztal valley where a shuttle will await you at the heliport in Hochgurgl to take you to the Hochfirst.
