The main idea of this book is to represent the ambient and essence of Kota Tua In Jakarta. my concept of this project is to show the memories that people might have to this certain place, which is Doors. Inspirations

Kota Tua is really an old place where the Dutch used to Dominate Indonesia in Jakarta. By taking the keywords; Retro, Vintage, Past and Victorian i took this as an example for my inspirations, although my style is sketch and a bit messy than rather look really grundgy. The Strokes that i made it is purposeful, because of the sketch messy kind of look that im aiming for. Not to mention the connection between old and doors are really relateable to Kota Tua because every person whom entered the door has their own memory at that place.
