Currently studying Architecture at Piloto University. Hard-working, practical and creative. Sustainability takes precedence over my designs and ideas, it sets a positive path for all. Passionate about graphic design, illustration and art, these have always contributed something to each idea that I develop.

I find challenges and constrains of working within the built environment truly inspiring. All the parts of a project make me think every single detail as a set that will impact a city, neighborhood or community. I am very enthusiasm about gaining knowledge in Architecture and make it applicable for the rest of my projects and ideas.

LCC HOUSE

01 The design of the house is based on a vertical axis that distributes the different functions and uses within it, leaving the social part in the first floor, productive area in the second and the private part in the third. The idea of a productive area contributes to the predominant form of commerce in San Francisco, where the existing trade is small family locals in their own homes. This productive zone is thought of as a place of permanence where the visuals are concentrated in the topography of the municipality. Being located in a small town, the relationship with nature is fundamental, so the fixed point makes allegory to the trunk of a tree, which holds the house. The inner courtyards are designed as areas of congregation and recreation, where the interior and exterior are blurred.

LA MACARENA COMPLEX

02 The compactness in the urban environment expresses the idea of closeness between different components that make up the city, which facilitates contact, exchange and communication that represents the essence of a city. The international center of Bogotรก is a clear example of urban compactness, located two blocks away from La Macarena complex, it seeks to complement this compactness of uses through a cultural landmark with housing. The geometry used in the project allows a greater use of space, creating functional spaces both in use and size, leaving more free space for green areas and public space lacking in the area.

Different social spaces are proposed, distributed in the project, in the public space for the community and in the first floor for the residents. The two towers are divided into two types, from the social floor down to typology for students and traditional families up. Torres del Parque by Rogelio Salmona represents the inspiration in the form of the project, creating a continuity in the stepping.

NUEVO MÉXICO CULTURAL CENTER

03 Located in the municipality of Funza, this Cultural Center seeks to create a polycentric city model in which pedestrian connectivity prima as a sustainable strategy. The spaces of the project and its exteriors were based on a multilevel circulation, which connects different spaces. The purpose of these operations was to create a more intimate relationship between the user, the uses of the area and finally the project. The most important strategy for the development of this was the creation of a mixed-use compact node, an area with a variety of uses, within these uses we can find a restaurant, a supermarket, commercial area, outdoor auditorium and area of ATMs. The raw nature as a method applied to several problems that arose during the analysis and development of the project, this works as an ecological connector in the municipality, acoustic insulator, sectorization of spaces and the use of green roofs and passable as an ecological connector to the species native of the department of Cundinamarca.

To determine the connectivity of the equipment to its surroundings, different focaels points were established, such as a school, Olympic village and residential area.

15th street is an edge that limits these focal points, based on the uses offered in the area, optimal pedestrian flows are established for the use of these.

These flows are concentrated in two, which cross the designated lot to the equipment based on the city model. In this we observe the configuration of houses in low and high altitude.

CAFE / SHOP

Taking into account these flows, the lot is divided into 4 parts, showing the base configuration of the equipment. The connectivity was determined as the first determinant for the development of the project

MODULOR X

04 As the years go by, the urban settlements are filled with more people and the space to live has become a precious asset, the idea of module X is to minimize the space necessary to live, so that it is limited to 36 meters square, the module can be stacked, joined, transformed, in such a way that different buildings can be designed according to the need. It is designed for one or two people, space that can be used according to any need, from productive space to rest space.
