ABOUT PETER A real estate transaction can be complex and challenging, but what is most important is that my clients should feel confident in their decisions. When I represent a client, my focus is to provide them with the highest level of professional ethics, accurate market analysis, careful guidance and constant support. My parents emigrated from Greece to the USA. I am ever thankful for their wisdom to supplement my public-school education by sending me to a language school to attain proficiency in Greek. They both instilled a strong work ethic and an understanding of the perspectives of people from all walks of life. Interacting with people in various real estate markets has always been an interest of mine. I have developed and managed commercial property, and negotiated leases ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small business owners. To better understand the real estate development process, I became an Associate Member of the Urban Land Institute where I earned a Certificate of Professional Development.
