Little Miracles Do you want to achieve your dreams? It is a new year and many of us have resolutions with aspirations of improving our lives. Unfortunately you aim for the sky and hit the lamppost as your motivation slowly fades by the end of January. Your plan of not smoking, eating like Jamie Oliver and looking like a Greek Adonis seems overwhelming as life plays out before you. Pause. I am here to help. If you want to achieve your goals you need your friends/ family to help and keep you focused. A great way to do this is by turning your resolution into a charity fundraiser. This will be the arrow to your bow as you draw back and hit your life targets. Your friends/family will encourage and sponsor you. So why not help someone else. And yourself?... This is a win-win situation for you. If you want to do the Insane Terrain, get sponsorship for not smoking or volunteering to stop them cheeky pints then contact us. Little Miracles is a peer to peer, parent led group for families that have children with; additional needs, disabilities and life limiting conditions. We saw an expeditious growth from a once a week coffee group in 2011, to a purpose built centre to help give structure, support and sociability to the over 3000 children and more than
900 families who now use our services regularly. We take a full family approach meaning we support the siblings all the way to the grandparents. We provide a friendly environment where the children can express themselves positively through a play scheme we run daily. Our success comes from our ability to listen to the children and parents, then adapt our services to achieve their request. Due to the high price of bringing up a disabled child all of our services are free, but this allows access to those vulnerable families who need it most. By supporting Little Miracles even if you fail your resolution you have still succeeded in helping others who need it!

Would you like to join the Hampton events Commitee? The Hampton Events Committee was set up and is run by a vast majority of volunteers in attempt to bring the locals of Hampton together and set up events in order to make Hampton a happier and more social place for everyone. The HEC has been running for just over six years and will struggle to continue to run if more people do not contribute their opinions and ideas – the HEC relies on money created from the events – particularly the Autumn Fayre – to continue running. So if there are any willing citizens who want to make a difference to the Hampton community, please get in touch with Marc Harrison on marcharrison@mac.com

The Parish Church of Hampton Pancake Day, also called Shrove Tuesday, is the last day before the period that Christians call Lent, and falls on February the 17th this year.
LOCAL ELECTRICAL RETAILER!
Traditionally, Lent was considered as a time of giving things up. So Shrove Tuesday was seen as the last chance to indulge and use up rich ingredients that weren’t allowed during the 40 days of Lent, such as eggs, milk, and sugar. Pancake races are held in villages and towns across the United Kingdom. The tradition is said to have originated when a housewife from Olney, Buckinghamshire, was so busy making pancakes that she forgot the time until she heard the church bells ringing for the service. She raced out of the house to church while still carrying her frying pan and pancake.

The church bells ring here in Hampton every Sunday morning just before 10am signifying that a service is about to begin. We welcome anyone to worship with us – those carrying a frying pan and pancake, and those who are not! God loves and accepts us just as we are, not looking at the outward appearance, not judging us by what we are wearing and carrying or not wearing and carrying. As a church family we try to do the same, to welcome, accept and love all. As well as our usual Sunday service, there’ll be a Holy Communion service at 2pm on Ash Wednesday, the 18th February marking the beginning of Lent. All welcome. Every Blessing.

We need your support and help at Deafblind UK! Deafblind UK is based in Hampton, Peterborough. Our volunteers help us in many different ways, from taking and making calls to supporting individuals through our befriending schemes. As a volunteer you would not only help to empower and improve the quality of life for our deafblind members but also enrich your own life through your involvement with Deafblind UK. We have a number of different types of volunteering roles. They range from administration or organising activities, to visiting members in their home for company and conversation or calling them once a week for a quick chat. We are also looking for people who can show a person how to use an Ipad to help them do an online shop, use the voiceover features to read a book or use Skype to contact friends and family. Some roles can be carried out in the comfort of your own home or from our office at Hampton from as little as half an hour a week. By becoming a volunteer you could change someone’s life! Joyce, 75, a partially sighted member from Peterborough said: “After just one session of learning how to use an Ipad I have been able to show my daughter and my friend what I have learnt – they were both amazed.” Pam, 81, deafblind member from Hampton:
“Thank you so much for calling me on my birthday, it was the only contact I had all day and you made my day!”
All volunteers receive an appropriate induction plus ongoing support and advice to enable them to undertake these important roles. Please get in touch today for more information! Contact Lyn Pollard on Tel: 01733 358100 or lyn.pollard@deafblind.org.uk

These details are searchable by all UK Police Forces and form an extremely powerful tool in helping to identify and return recovered, lost or stolen personal property to its rightful owner. Virtually any item can be registered from your TV to your toaster! You can also register bicycles and jewellery on the database and upload a picture to help distinguish it from any other property. Immobilise has proven to effectively tackle crime on a national level and, not only allows police to reunite people with their stolen property, but it also assists in prosecutions. The service is supported by the Home Office, the Mobile Industry, Crime Action Forum, Transport for London, the National Mobile Phone Crime Unit and all 43 police forums.

25 million people use immobilise and, every week through the site, hundreds of people are reunited with their lost or stolen property. What will you need to register? Simply go to www.immobilise.com to start the registration; you will need an email address and the make, model and serial number of any property that you wish to record. It only takes a few moments to create an account and you can add property at your leisure.
Opening Hours Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm Saturday 9am-5pm
What happens once I’m registered? Should you lose or have any of your property stolen, and Police recover it, they can quickly establish who the real owner is and return it to them and, where appropriate, arrests can be made. The police have access to the National Mobile Property Register (NMPR) (www. thenmpr.com) which is the sister site of Immobilise, and second hand shops have access to the Checkmend database (www.checkmend. com/uk) which provides selected information about an item so they can check to ensure they are not receiving stolen goods.

Turn your prope Whether you’re a landlord already, or thinking about buy-to-let this year, there are plenty of do’s-and-don’ts to deal with in the letting industry: regulations, legal requirements, paperwork and day-to-day management... when all you really want is regular rental income, with minimum fuss.
The Residential Landlords Association has said that most complaints about letting agents concern ‘poor administration’. They advise landlords never to choose on price alone and when they find a good agent, to hang on to them.

They take care of the details on your behalf, and if you’re on the lookout for a property that’s ideal for tenants – or you have one to market – their sales company, Martins Residential, offers a fully integrated service from the same office.
No doubt you’ll weigh up the often considerable time commitment if you selfmanage, against the value for money from a dependable, professional service.

Ingredients:
4 lamb shanks Salt & pepper 50ml of olive oil 2 medium onions, finely chopped 1 small head of garlic, halved 2 tbsp tomato puree 1 sprig of rosemary 1 sprig of thyme 1 big handful of fava beans 2 big handfuls of black olives 250ml of dry white wine 250ml chicken stock Chopped parsley
Winter warmers...
Method:
1. Heat the oven to 160c/325F/gas mark 3. Season the shanks well. Heat the oil in an oven and hob proof casserole dish over a medium heat. Brown the shanks for about 15 minutes on all sides. Remove and put to one side until needed.
Braised Lamb Shank with Fava Beans & Olive Gravy served with mash & local root vegetables With the cold winter evenings it is comforting to sit down to something substantial and lamb shanks is one of my favourite served with buttered mash and roasted root vegetables.
2. Add the chopped onions and garlic to the fat in the dish the lamb shanks were browned in and slowly cook for about 5 minutes, until the onions start to soften. Stir in the tomato puree and herbs and heat for a couple of minutes more, then add the fava beans and olives, followed by the wine and stock and the lamb shanks and bring to a simmer. Once all the ingredients are simmering, cover and place in a preheated oven for 2-2 ½ hours, until the meat wants to fall off the bones. 3. Before serving check the seasoning and serve straight away, scattering the top with parsley and of course with all stew style of dishes mash and winter root vegetables are the finishing touches.

Method:
Gingerbread with rhubarb and orange fool
1. Preheat the oven to 160˚C. 2. Grease and line a 30cm x 20cm brownie (baking) tray, one which holds 1.2 litres (2 pints) of liquid. 3. Put the treacle, milk, butter and sugar in a saucepan and gently heat until the butter and sugar has melted.
Prep: 20 mins Cook: 1 hr 10 mins Serves 6 This recipe teams rhubarb with two of its classic flavour combinations, orange and ginger. The gingerbread keeps well in an airtight container for a few days (if you have any leftover, which is unlikely!)
Method:
Ingredients:
3 tbsp black treacle 150ml milk 175g unsalted butter, diced 175g dark muscovado sugar 325g plain flour, sifted 1½ tsp bicarbonate of soda 3 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp grated nutmeg 2 eggs, lightly beaten For the fool: 500g rhubarb, cut into 3-4cm lengths 150g caster sugar zest and juice of 2 oranges 250ml double cream
4. Remove from the heat and leave to cool slightly, for about 5 mins, then stir in the beaten eggs. 5. Put the flour, bicarbonate of soda, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large bowl. Tip in the egg/ sugar mixture and gently stir until all the ingredients are combined. 6. Pour into the baking tin and bake for about 45 mins, until a cocktail stick inserted into the centre comes out clean. 7. Remove from the oven, leave to cool in the tin for 10-15 mins, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely. 8. To make the fool, put the rhubarb, sugar, orange juice and zest in a large pan. Gently heat for about 1015 mins, until the rhubarb is tender (test by inserting a sharp knife). 9. Remove from the heat and leave to cool. 10. Whisk the cream in a large bowl (don’t over-whisk, just do enough so that it is forming soft peaks). 11. Add the rhubarb mixture and gently fold into the cream. Serve the gingerbread cut into squares with a dollop of fool on the side.

Divorce on e pitfalls h t the internet You may be forgiven for suspecting that if an office based family law solicitor disparages a client’s attempt to economize on costs by using an online solicitor, that they have an axe to grind. The reason for sounding a note of warning about choosing this method of divorce, is more to do with the frustration we feel when asked to put right what has gone wrong. We are encountering such cases with increasing regularity. It is not dealing with the divorce petition that causes the problems so much, as mistakes with the documents can quite easily be remedied. It is trying to deal with the financial side that can backfire so badly, when insufficient attention to detail is given to what the matrimonial pot consists of, what are the parties’ financial needs, what were their contributions to the marriage and all the other subtle considerations to be applied under the Matrimonial Causes Act. You can end up with what looks like a consent order signed off by both parties but which quickly turns out to be inadequate and often unfair to one party or the other. Trying to undo the damage and appeal out of time is nigh on impossible when this has happened. A divorce is a traumatic event in anyone’s life and a hugely important one. People willingly spend thousands of pounds on holidays, motor vehicles and the like. If you are facing a life crisis such as the end of a marriage, investing in expert advice with a local solicitor who knows the court in your area, is always going to be the best option. 360 s clea ning service 360 Cleaning Services, formed by directors Simon Howitt and James Dawson towards the end of last year, is growing fast, due to the demand for its services for home and business.
Local, personalised cleaning service Ever thought how it would feel to have a personalised and specific cleaning service of your home? Well a newly formed local domestic and commercial cleaning company are providing exactly that. 360 Cleaning Services was formed by Simon Howitt and James Dawson towards the end of last year and is already growing due to the demand for its cleaning services both in the home and for business too. The company works either on a regular contract or as needed on a one-off basis. All cleaners are employed directly by 360 and all are DBS checked where this is applicable. So whether it is a thorough clean from top to bottom or just a weekly dust, vacuum and polish 360 Cleaning Services offer flexible personalised services to suit your lifestyle or business. While professional cleaners like 360 Cleaning Services use the latest environmentally friendly cleaning products, James Dawson says there are household items closer to hand that might surprise many of us: “There are quite a few food items that can double up as cleaning agents, for example, a raw onion is great for cleaning grills and barbeques in the summer. Most people have heard that salt is good for soaking up spilt wine, but if the wine glass gets broken as well, just dampen a piece of sliced bread and use that to pick up the tiny shards. The acids in cola are good for cleaning toilet bowls; ketchup brightens up copper pans, cucumber peel helps remove marks from bare walls or worktops and somehow the inside of a banana skin brings a new lease of life to your cutlery. But if you can’t be bothered with all that after a busy Christmas, you can always give us a call and we will get cleaning for you!” Just a few of the testimonials from our happy customer.s.. “We have never used a cleaning company before and were unsure what we needed to do but of all the companies we spoke to, 360 Cleaning was the only company to offer to come to our house. James and Simon were extremely helpful, detailing all the rooms and took all our needs into consideration, even accommodating our black Labrador and knew immediately who would work best for our house and our family. On arriving home after the clean we were thrilled with the results and the attention detail was surprising, even down to stickers on the toilet rolls!! We would absolutely recommend 360 Cleaning services and are looking forward to many more fantastic cleans!” Christie - Deeping “Our first proper office clean in many years…great service and results. Thanks 360!” Orchid Financial Services - Thorney “Very professional service. Thank you Laura!” Capitol Lettors - Lettings Agency Peterborough

Your guide to
things you may not know about the Hamptons
Living in Hampton
As work starts later this year the first new homes east of the A15 we thought it was the perfect excuse to celebrate what’s already been achieved by everyone involved in The Hamptons. So here, for 2015, are 15 things that may not know about the place you call home:
Design and development More than 3.5 million cubic metres of clay have been moved and recontoured since work began on site. During Hampton’s development, around 90% of O&H Hampton’s £120-150million turnover was spent in the Peterborough area, employing local firms to do the work. Since the first arrivals to Holly Walk, Hampton Hargate, in 1997, more than 4,850 new homes have been built at a rate of up to 500 a year. An innovative approach to school design at Hampton College means the buildings frame an internal courtyard, providing safe outdoor social space. Among the College’s other unique features is a 200-seat amphitheatre designed for public use. The 3 miles of cycleway through the southern part of Hampton are part of Peterborough’s popular 45-mile Green Wheel route which encircles the city.
Environment Photo by Kirsty Morris
O&H’s pledge of maintaining 50% open space means there is now at least 80sq m of woodland, 180sq m of lakes and 240sq m of nature reserve for every household in Hampton. 100,000 trees have been planted in Hampton to date, including almost 1,000 by local schoolchildren. The Hamptons have been cited by Natural England as an example of how nature can be successfully integrated into a new urban development. Wildlife has thrived alongside Hampton’s creation: the 24,000 protected great crested newts that were relocated from the old brick pits to the nature reserve have burgeoned into one of Europe’s biggest newt populations, with 35,000 recorded at the last count. With more than 300 ponds, Hampton’s green spaces have also attracted at least 18 species of dragonfly and 120 species of water beetle. Hampton is also a site of regional importance for Black Hairstreak, Grizzled Skipper and Dingy Skipper butterflies – three of at least 27 species recorded in the area.
Got an event to promote? Are you organising an event in Hampton or involved with one? Want to get the word out to as many people as possible?
Economy To date 5,800 new jobs have been created within Hampton.
Our Hampton interactive map now allows you to add a ‘pin’ for any event taking place within the next month.
Hampton’s success is attracting employment has created a jobs-tohomes ratio of 1.25 compared to the national average of 0.75.
You can also add full details of date, time, what’s happening, a picture and link for further information, and contact details for enquirers.
More than six million visits are made to Serpentine Green shopping centre each year. The Romans were the first to work the high quality Oxford clay which lay beneath the Hamptons
“We created the map to help people know what is happening on Hampton and there are now more than 150 separate entries for clubs and services,” explained O&H Hampton General Manager Roger Tallowin. “Now we know it’s being used we thought it was a good to allow the local community to use it to promote one-off events too.”
With the seam running up to 17 metres deep, the area quickly became the UK’s leading producer of bricks for much of the 20th century. Its bricks helped to build many of the country’s big cities.
To add your event simply visit www.ohhampton.co.uk, click on the interactive map and then ‘add a pin’ where you’ll be given full instructions. It takes just a minute to add a pin.

Hampton – A history Hampton, Peterborough’s fourth township, has had a very interesting history indeed. From its humble beginnings the area has developed significantly and promises to boast around 8,500 homes and five schools by 2023. But where did it all begin. Planning permission was granted for Peterborough’s old brick pits in 1993 with construction beginning quickly thereafter. The first residents did not move into the site for another four years. However, in December 1997 residents moved into their new houses in Holly Walk, Hampton Hargate, to become the first members of Peterborough’s newest township. The numbers soon swelled and facilities were built to accommodate. The Crown Lakes Country Park was opened in 1997 with Serpentine Green Shopping Centre opening to the public in 1999. Hampton Hargate Primary School welcomed children into its classrooms in 2000 to accommodate the younger members of the area and Peterborough itself. Hampton’s playing fields and sports facilities were opened in 2002 contributing to a fantastic initial development for the area. Before long the 1,000th home was occupied in 2003, followed by the 3,000th home in 2008, Hampton was growing at a phenomenal rate.
The township’s next primary school, Hampton Vale, was opened in 2004 with secondary education entering the area in the form of “Outstanding” rated OFSTED school Hampton College. And what about Hampton’s superb nature reserve, the site was made a site of scientific interest in 1996 with an estimated 30,000 Great Crested Newts present in the area, one of the largest populations in Europe for this highly protected species, adding to the value Hampton can bring to not only the local area but further afield as well. Hampton has continued to grow in recent times, opening the new Hampton Library and Sports Centre on Clayburn Road in 2013, and Vivacity Premier Fitness opening up in the region in 2014. Add to this a growing collection of shops and restaurants plus the promise of a new development, Hampton Gardens, for 2020 and you have all the ingredients in place for a thriving community that only promises to get bigger. It all began in 1993 with an old brick pit, what a fantastic start, now all eyes turn to the next 20 years, what can Hampton deliver?

Making the most of
your ISA allowance By Glenn Barker With the end of the tax year fast approaching (6th April 2015), have you made the necessary arrangements to ensure that you do not miss out? From 1st July 2014, ISAs were reformed into a simpler product, the NISA. All existing ISAs became NISAs and account holders benefited from new flexibility in relation to their accounts, as well as an increased overall limit of £15,000. The main benefits of the NISA is that you can put money into one cash NISA and one stocks and shares NISA each tax year or have a mixture of both providing you stay within the £15,000 allowance. Their flexibility means that you are able to contribute on a set schedule or whenever your circumstances allow you to do so. Additionally, the NISA allows you to transfer a cash NISA to another cash NISA, with a different provider. Similarly, you can do the same with the stocks and shares NISAs. You can also transfer a cash NISA to a stocks and shares NISA or vice versa. If you want to transfer money you have invested in a NISA this current tax year, you must transfer all of it. We can check with your provider for any restrictions they may have on transferring NISAs – some charge for switching. If you would like to discuss opening a NISA, your existing NISA or have maximised your allowance for this tax year and would like to discuss other options, please feel free to call me. You should always seek qualified advice from an Independent Financial Adviser. If you have a financial question, E: gbarker@beaconwealth.co.uk

Hampton Vale Primary School
Hampton College (Primary Phase)
A landmark month at Hampton Vale Primary School has seen the opening of Seedlings, the school's own nursery for children aged two to four.
Spotlight on Green Apples Class (Reception)
Laughter…excitement…challenge…friends… that is what the Green Apple Class is made of. Family…angels…glitter…trees…Santa…that is what Christmas is made of in our green apple classroom. As the children celebrated their first Christmas at Hampton College Primary Phase they created crafts with their loved ones at our parent workshop, performed their version of the first Christmas at the CSK church (with a little help from the Secondary Phase choir), created their very own Christmas card, joined together as we ate Christmas lunch, danced as we threw a Christmas party, sang as we performed Christmas carols, laughed with excitement as we had a very special visitor dressed in red and explored as we discovered how our new friends celebrate Christmas with their family. Snow...ice…sun…magical…powerful that is what Spring term is made of in our green apple classroom. We have begun to explore the topic ‘The Powerful Winter Sun’. The children have been collaboratively creating their own settings as we think about the landscape behind our topic.
Miranda Baker, Head of Early Years Foundation Stage at the school, said:
Elsewhere in school, children have been busy engaging in their latest theme work, including subjects as diverse as Our Frozen Planet in the Early Years Foundation Stage, Treasure Island in Year Four and the Second World War in Year Six As part of their Fire! Fire! theme, Year Two children looked on as adults set fire to model houses on the school playground as they investigated how the Great Fire of London spread so quickly. History themes have also seen Second World War bunkers and Stone Age caves created around school. In other subject areas, a Year Five Science Week saw controlled mini-explosions as the children mixed and then separated solutions and then investigated reversible and irreversible changes. Hampton College (Primary Phase) are pleased to announce the formation of their school PTA. The school is now in its third year and are delighted with the support from parents. The PTA look forward to working with the community. Any enquires please contact Lynsey.crombie@yahoo.co.uk 26

This half-term has also seen the launch of Project 10, which commemorates the tenth anniversary of the opening of the school. Children across the school will be working in their mixed-age house groups (Dempsey, Smith, Cavell, Aragon, Clare and Perkins) with members of staff from across school to develop a commemorative project that engages with the Hampton and Peterborough communities. Event planning is already underway, and some exciting activities, including film production and screening, a garden opening and a museum exhibition are all being discussed. Project 10 activities will be staged throughout the spring and summer terms.

"The open-ended and flexible resources and beautiful furniture in the nursery have been bought with a natural theme in mind and with the aim of extending children's learning opportunities to their maximum potential. Establishing and equipping Seedlings has been an exciting journey so far and the entire EYFS team is looking forward to continuing the wonderful start to 2015 that opening the nursery has given us."

Role playing in our new travel agent has enabled us to discover where we can relish in the winter sun, book our holidays and explore our destination as we head off on holiday, all in the comfort of our reception setting. Our love for stories is ever lasting in the green apples, as we start our new topic we have been sharing books that expand our imagination and we can confirm that the snow truly does glow white on the mountain tonight…
A former activity area in the centre of the school has been transformed, making the most of the light and airy space to provide a valuable addition to the school.

Little Kickers pre-school football Little Kickers is the home of pre-school football, using fun and imaginative games to help children develop early learning goals. By building an engaging and pressure free environment, children are taken on a football adventure.
The sessions do not isolate individuals, which allows children to progress at their own speed, whilst being aided by our experienced coaches.
With four segmented age groups, continued progression can be achieved thanks to the detailed sessions built by FA qualified coaches and industry experts. Skills such as colour recognition, numeracy skills and body parts are all interwoven into our games, whilst we also focus on social aspects such as turn-taking and listening.

THE LAST WORD
When exercise and diet doesn’t shift those unwanted lumps and bumps, what else can you do? We chat to Amanda Allport, proprietor and Aesthetic Therapist at Sawtry Beauty Clinic to find our more about Cryolipolysis. What is Cryolipolysis?
Cryolipolysis, nicknamed “Fat Freezing” or “Ultra Ice”, is a treatment for stubborn areas of fat that are resistant to diet and exercise. Between 20 and 40% of the fat cells can be reduced in a single session. The natural removal of fat cells over time results in gradual, but very noticeable permanent fat layer reduction.
Why is Fat Freezing different from other treatments?
Unlike Lipo or Strawberry laser, Fat Freezing permanently destroys the fat cells. The fat in the treatment area is cooled to a controlled temperature which causes the fat cells to crystalise and die. During the weeks following treatment the destroyed cells are processed through your lymphatic system. Results can start to be seen in as little as 2 weeks, although it may take up to 4 months to see the full effects.
What are the benefits of this treatment?
What are your prices?
Due to our overheads being smaller we start from £475, compared to London at £1,500.
We are fortunate in that we have more than one machine and can therefore treat more than one area simultaneously.
Where do you operate from?
Is the treatment painful?
We have a dedicated clinic based in Sawtry with on drive parking.
We often get asked this, but it isn’t painful at all. We are the leading clinic in the East of England to use this newest technology which speeds treatment times and reduces the chances of any discomfort and our applicators combine light therapy to tighten the skin – also unique to the system. People regularly fall asleep during their session, which goes to show just how comfortable it is….. and of course they want to know f it works, which it does. There are several large clinical studies citing its effectiveness.
Where do your customers come from?
All over the area - from the local villages and towns further afield, such as Stamford, Kimbolton, Kettering.
What makes you different?
We offer a complete slimming and detox body plan package that is tailor made to suit each client.
Who is it suitable for?
Both men and women looking to reduce and refine areas of fatty tissue. The most common areas to treat are the stomach, love handles and thighs, although we do treat other areas like the back, arms and bingo wings. At the moment for pre-summer holidays we are also treating “men boobs”.
Amongst many treatments, we also offer:-
This picture shows one of the Ultra Ice cups which are applied and hold the fat whilst, at the same time, freezing it.
“It is completely noninvasive, there are no needles, no incisions, no need for anaesthesia.”
Colonic Hydrotherapy Radio Frequency Body Tightening Infra Light Cellulite Reduction Cambridge Weight Plan For more information please see our website.
Interested in other treatments, but not sure what will suit you?
We offer NO OBLIGATION consultations for all treatments to ensure you are able to find out all you need to know and have all your questions answered. Consultations are 30 minutes and we will listen fully to your concerns, answer your questions and guide you through your treatment options.
Call today to book a free 30 minute consultation with diet and nutrition advice if required – normally £50.00 - and to receive our winter offer saving package. The more areas you book the more you save. Facebook “f ” Logo
