Introduction For any difficulty you may face this very moment, either financial, emotional or due to some health problem, you should know there are ways tested through time for you to deal with those, in a beneficial way. Ways, that people like you, used successfully in every corner of the world. Ways that can make the difference for you too, whatever your culture, age, education or any other of your characteristics are, as long as you make the first move. Every big journey begins with a simple step. You can either take this step this very moment beginning your journey to a new life, or remain doing nothing, and thinking of how difficult it is to put one foot in front of the other and just move. Standing there, you may think of a thousand reasons, why you could not take the first step which will eventually change your life for ever. You may feel relatively secure being among unpleasant situations which you believe you know how to handle and are afraid to come out of, out of fear that things might get worse. But ask yourself who assures you that things are worse out there? What if they are better? Don’t you think it worth΄s taking the risk to get out of what you live, claiming for what you deserve or desire? Quitting without even testing your powers? What makes you believe that you can not make it, that you do not have the ability to claim your joy, your emotional comfort, your health? Whatever you can conceive you can achieve. If you didn’t have the ability to build it you wouldn't either be able to conceive it.

This is exactly the human nature. This is your nature: to be able to achieve anything you can conceive. Everything that exists in your material reality was there before, in your spiritual sphere. Its existence, immaterial as it may be is absolutely real. Bringing that into your life is not an action of creation out of nothing. It’s just an action of transfer (deliverance), from a non- material space to your space on earth. Therefore, what you should worry about is not whether you will manage to visualize it correctly (your mind contrives perfectly organized visions) but whether you will achieve your goal of delivering it from your mind to your reality, exactly the way you have envisioned it. And this is something you will never know unless you decide to take that first step.

1st Tool: Decision You decide to claim the life which is rightfully yours It may not seem easy now. You may be scared or believe that it is not of your character to claim for anything. You may think that you do not have the time, the physical stamina or the mental clarity to carry through with such a venture but believe me, you can! You are sufficient by nature to change what doesn’t suit you in your life or you are no longer a watch to. Under condition that you decide to do it, keep in mind that deciding to make a change consists of the 67% of the way you shall follow to achieve it. Look around you, how many people suffer by sticking to conditions, relationships, ways of life that have nothing to offer them anymore, out of fear or insecurity of deciding to make the change. They think: what if I don’t succeed? What if I end up in an even worse situation than the one I am into right now? But what if you do succeed? What if you really start living again? Because you possess the natural ability to create the environment you want and you need any time and in any situation you may find yourself into now. What you experience is always what you think. However what is really happening is not always what you experience. What you experience has a lot to do with how you consider what you experience. If you focus your attention on what is missing and not on what you possess, unhappiness is never going to let go of you. However, if what you miss has to do with your soul’s inner

desire beyond your selfishness (egotism) or arrogance then it’s time to go look for it. You may live in an absolute deadlock. You may not have the courage to even get upof the chair, you may not be able to structure your thoughts and you may feel that you are one step away from falling apart. This also however shall pass eventually. Your soul, spirit and body offer you the physical ability to cure your traumas and move on. Unless you don’t want to. Yes, the only way to stop yourself from moving on is not wanting to move on. You can equally hinder yourself by convincing him/her that there is nothing you can do to change your life. You may have been standing in front of a wall for that long that you only see it as a tall inaccessible wall which you don’t have the power to climb and overcome in order to move forward in life. But who told you that you must climb it so as to overcome it? “If you can’t climb the walls, open a door” Or “Where there is a will there is a way”. There is always a way and you know there is. It only may not be obvious at first sight. That’s why it might be the distance from which you are looking at your obstacle that is to blame. Maybe you either need to take a step backwards so as to see the whole picture more clearly, or to take a step forward so as to focus on the vulnerabilities of the obstacle better. Whichever of these two steps you need to make, you have to do it. In any case, you need to take that first step otherwise nothing will ever change.
