WHO IS ELIGIBLE? All Yacht Paint Centers or Boatyard Centers in North America and the Caribbean with a minimum of $5000.00 in Interlux purchases during the ‘program period’.
HOW TO QUALIFY 1. YPC/BYC must comply with the terms and guidelines of the ‘2015/2016 Advertising Rebate Program’. 2. YPC agrees to stock (in store and/or on premises), the Top 10 systems specified by the Interlux Sales Representative.
ELIGIBLE FORMS OF ADVERTISING Use of logo: Qualifying Interlux logo must be as prominently featured as other logos in the promotion. Competing paint logos should not appear in the same advertisement.

QUALIFYING EXAMPLES OF ADVERTISING n
Yellow Pages ads (logo placement), direct mail, mass advertising, newspaper, billboard, radio, TV, clothing with logo, distributor flyers, company vehicle stickers/ signage, event displays (trade or consumer shows), print or email newsletters promoting qualifying product.

Point of purchase, end caps and/or displays that drive customer traffic to Interlux products.
n
Wholesale distributor flyers/catalogs MUST feature Interlux products AND include the Interlux logo on the cover of the flyer/catalog to qualify.
n
If you have a web site available, the Interlux logo or web banner should be featured on a prominent web page on your site. It’s also recommended the logo is linked to www.yachtpaint.com to provide your customers with more information about Interlux.
3. BYC agrees to stock (in store and/or on premises) and promote Interlux as its primary brand. (65% of total paint sales should be Interlux.) 4. YPC/BYC agrees to carry out the promotional objectives outlined in ‘Qualifying Examples of Advertising’ during the period. Refer to the section on ‘Qualifying Examples of Advertising’. 5. YPC/BYC agrees to submit the ‘Advertising Redemption Form’ with proof of advertising and distributor invoices dated during the program period. Forms must be submitted prior to August 31, 2016 to your local Interlux Sales Representative.
