From the time I joined ILSC Education Group over 7 years ago, I was drawn to the group’s mission and core values. This year, I am honored to have been promoted to CEO, and I am excited and proud to further the legacy of our founders and support the work of the passionate teams and partners that bring our vision, mission, and core values to life every day.
ILSC Education Group unites three amazing brands, ELS Education Services, ILSC Language Schools, and Greystone College, each with a unique brand identity and value proposition and together bringing over 100 years of collective experience in international study abroad education. In addition to our diverse programming options outlined in the brochure, the group also provides unique custom solutions to groups from around the world, leveraging our extensive networks and curriculum experience.
In 2024, we celebrated several milestone achievements, including the opening of a new world class location for ILSC and Greystone College in Perth, Australia. In addition to the new school location, we are in the process of making significant investments in updating our facilities and branding in several of our North American schools as part of our commitment to delivering world-class experiences to our students, faculty and partners. We have expanded our certificate and diploma offerings in Canada and Australia to provide more in demand work and study options for our students.

Skills Plus is designed for students aged 13 to 17 who already have a foundation in English. Skills Plus classes are focused on learning topics that are relevant, relatable, and interesting to teens.

Influencing Through Social Media: Students develop their skills as social media communicators and build their social media presence by learning about the qualities of a successful brand identity such as authenticity, credibility, expertise, and relatability. This option requires a minimum level of Intermediate 2 and will be available at Junior Summer Camps at ILSC Toronto, ILSC Montréal, UBC, and McGill University.

Before you even leave home to learn English, you can take full advantage of securing your conditional admission to one of ELS’s 600+ colleges and universities in the USA. You can apply for conditional admission for either undergraduate or graduate degree programs. A conditional admission means that you have been accepted to your university of choice upon completion of your English language studies. Your admission will be updated to a “full acceptance” once you present the university or college with your ELS Certificate of Completion as proof of English language proficiency.
Securing a “conditional admission” is very beneficial to your plans to study in the United States! You will have:
1. A full study plan that includes both English language studies and university plans before leaving your home country.

Students who are planning to begin university studies in the US at ELS partner universities which accept ELS Level
NEW!
112 completion will be required to attend the full Master’s level program (Levels 110, 111 and 112) in person at an ELS Language Center to receive a qualifying certificate. Students who wish to enroll in partner colleges which require Level 109 completion will need to attend and complete Level 109 in person at an ELS Language Center.

Interested in studying French? Our ILSC ALLO (Apprentissage en Ligne des Langues Officielles) is a flexible learning option for students seeking to gain French language proficiency for career and higher education goals, immigration to Canada, exams, and fulfillment of Quebec’s requirement for graduating from Collège Greystone programs in Montréal.

The General French Communication Online program emphasizes conversational French, enhancing speaking, listening, and comprehension skills through dynamic online group activities and discussions. The globally recognized Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) program has been offered at ILSC Canada for 20 years, starting at ILSC Montréal and later expanding to offer both online programs, and additional learning venues, and/or practicum opportunities, at our ILSC Vancouver and ILSC Toronto campuses.

TRINITY CERTTESOL AT ILSC
In 2023, ILSC Australia became the first Australian provider to offer the globally recognized Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CertTESOL), developed by Trinity College London. The program is currently offered on the ILSC Sydney campus and Online, and prepares students for English teaching careers in Australia or globally.

ILSC FREE ENGLISH TEST: Can be taken by anyone, any time, to get a general idea of your English level. This test provides an instant result to your email.
ILSC GENERAL ENGLISH PLACEMENT TEST: Taken by students who have registered for our General English programs, registered students will take this test 2 weeks before their start date and will be placed in the right class from day 1.
ILSC ACADEMIC ENGLISH OR FRENCH PLACEMENT TEST (FORMERLY PROLA): Taken by students who have registered for ILSC specialized programs like University Pathway, and for Greystone College applicants. This test is taken to confirm if students meet the language entry level for their program and to help them plan any additional English or French study before starting their specific program.
ILSC ACADEMIC ENGLISH PLACEMENT TEST - YOUTH: Taken by students who register for ILSC Language Schools programs like High School Pathway or Junior Summer Camps.

ELS FREE ENGLISH TEST: Can be taken by anyone, any time, to get a general idea of your English level. This test provides an instant result to your email.
ELS ACADEMIC ENGLISH PLACEMENT TEST (FORMERLY ELS PRE-ARRIVAL TEST): Delivered online, the ELS Academic English Placement Test assesses students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and speaking. Students need a computer with microphone and camera to complete the test, which takes about 75 minutes. ELS receives the results within 24 hours and can use them to place students in the right class and to help them plan how long they need to study to achieve their English learning or university goals. This test is the same as the ILSC Academic English test, adapted to reflect ELS language levels.
