Message from Kevin Personally speaking, my eldest son graduated university and entered the working world; my youngest graduated secondary school and headed to university; and in mid-September, you welcomed me into the DIRTT family. And that’s when things got really interesting.
If the saying goes “In like a lion, out like a lamb,” well… you can fill in the rest if we apply it to DIRTT’s year. 2018 was an unbelievably transformative year for this business. (I realize you know this better than anyone). It’s mid-December now, and as I reflect on the past 12 months — both personally and professionally — I just want to say thank you.

When I joined this company in September, I knew DIRTT was in the middle of the greatest transformative year in its young history. The year had started off with a bang, shaking the foundation of what you’d built. I prepared myself for an environment of uncertainty as people didn’t know what to expect or where we were headed. What I didn’t prepare for was the most passionate and dedicated team I’ve

ever worked with over my 30+ year career. You took 2018 by the reins to work through change and embrace opportunity, and you came out on top. It’s an understatement to say you’ve done well. With dedication and vision, you ensured we saw record revenue in our most recent quarter, grew in both Canada and the US, and hosted a wildly successful Camp for our Partners. With our factories busier than ever, we continued to show the market how and why DIRTT is a better way to build. Those are just a few of the many highlights, which you’ll see more of in the following pages.

Arab Health 2018 A 3,600-square-foot, two-storey, state-of-the-art healthcare space is built in just three days. The show saw two big deals signed and even the Saudi minister of health came to experience DIRTT.
