Established in Stamford in 2016 and run by a family of directors, Wright Care at Home were recently rated “Outstanding” by the Care Quality Commission.
Delivering visits, from thirty minutes up to ‘full 24/7’ care in your own home, they promote independent living. Focusing on a care model of strength-based practice and positive risk management, they strive to look at all the services available within the community to enable a high standard of care to enrich the lives of their customers. Their services include personal care such as bathing and showering, assistance with medication, fluid and nutrition support, mobility, and toileting. They can also support with nonregulated care, such as domestic visits, including laundry and ironing. They have a big focus on combating loneliness in the community and, especially during these unprecedented times, they work to offer companionship and maintain social connections. They deliver their services 365 days per year and offer an attractive alternative to residential and hospice care. Wright Care at Home have a team of highly trained staff to support customers with various illnesses and conditions. They offer dementia care, and work closely with charities and other professionals

Director and founder, Samantha Wright, is excited and privileged to now be expanding the area which they cover, and proud to receive the “Outstanding” rating recently. We focus on our family ethos and feel this really does set us apart from others in the area.” “We offer short-term, as well as long-term packages to support individuals being discharged from hospital or recovering from illnesses, including Covid-19. Our carers are all trained in Covid infection control measures and wear full PPE, above and beyond the Department of Health guidance, to ensure safety is paramount at all times for those we visit,” she added. Wright Care at Home are now able to recruit and open up jobs for those in the Bourne area. Over the last five years, they have provided over two hundred individuals with care, including palliative care, and are excited to meet new customers in the Bourne area.
