Barcolana in mare, a terra, in elicottero e anche dalle terrazze. La regata in programma il prossimo 13 ottobre ha varato la nuova edizione di Barcolana Experience, i pacchetti dedicati ai turisti (ma anche ai triestini che vogliono viverla in modo diverso) che permettono di partecipare alla regata e godersi la festa in modo alternativo. Si tratta del quarto anno di attività per questo progetto, realizzato assieme a Musement e con la collaborazione tecnica di Cividin Viaggi. Si parte da un classico: l’esperienza in motonave, che offre un punto di vista esclusivo sulla regata. Grazie infatti a postazioni confortevoli a bordo di una barca a motore di 30 metri strutturata su tre ponti, sarà possibile seguire la regata direttamente dal campo di gara e assistere alla cronaca della competizione. E per i più avventurosi? C’è la possibilità di vivere la Barcolana a bordo di un gommone con driver esperto, cavalcando le stesse onde degli sfidanti lungo il Golfo di Trieste e scattando fotografie davvero uniche.

L’adrenalina sarà il file rouge che terrà uniti tutti gli eventi del calendario triestino. La sera prima della grande regata sarà infatti impossibile perdersi il dinner party in motonave con fuochi d’artificio. Un evento esclusivo che consentirà a tutti gli appassionati di attendere la 51.a edizione della Barcolana festeggiando con un menù degustazione di prodotti locali, brindando con ottimi vini e concludendo la serata con uno scenografico spettacolo pirotecnico. Dove? Chiaramente in mare, con la skyline di Trieste come scenografia. Tutte le Experience sono divise in tre settori, le “watch and race” per seguire direttamente in mare la regata, i tour e i tasting, ovvero la possibilità di vivere Trieste e assaggiare i prodotti tipici.

Barcolana from the sea, from the

shore, from a helicopter and even from sea-view terraces. The regatta, that kicks off on Sunday 13 October, has launched the latest edition of Barcolana Experience, tourist packages dedicated to visitors (and to the locals who wish to live the event in a different way). Barcolana Experience gives the tourists the opportunity to participate in the regatta and enjoy the event in a whole new way. This is the fourth year of the project, created in partnership with Musement and with the technical collaboration of Cividin Viaggi. The activities are numerous and all available online on the website www. barcolana.it.

Let’s start with a classic: the experience on a motorboat, that offers a unique view of the race. Thanks to comfortable seats on a 30 meters motor boat with three decks, tourists can see the regatta directly from the race course, listening to the live comment of the event. The most adventurous ones can even live the race on board of a raft with an expert driver, surfing the same waves sailors are sailing and taking unique pictures.

Adrenaline will be the leitmotiv of all the events in the calendar. The night before the race you don’t want to miss the dinner party on a motorboat with fireworks. An exclusive event, a great chance for the participants to wait for the 51st edition while tasting a selection of typical products, toasting with excellent wines and ending the night with the fireworks show. Where? At sea, of course, with Trieste skyline as your background. All the Experience are divided into three areas, the “watch and race” for those who want to live the regatta with a front-row seat, the “tour” and the “tasting”, ideal for who wants to discover Trieste and taste its typical products.
