Un’opera d’arte ispirata alla collina di Russiz Superiore — An artwork inspired by Russiz Superiore
Una forma geometrica luminosa,
cangiante nelle diverse ore del giorno, simbolo della terra che la ospita: il Collio con le sue colline. È l’opera di Johann Willsberger, artista poliedrico, ritenuto uno dei grandi innovatori del ventesimo secolo nella comunicazione visiva: è stato tra l’altro fondatore della rivista Gourmet, una delle bibbie tra le pubblicazioni eno-gastronomiche.
Per Willsberger questo è un ritorno a Russiz Superiore, dove approdò nell’ormai lontano 1977. Più di vent’anni dopo riabbraccia Marco Felluga e suo figlio Roberto con un’opera d’arte ispirata alla collina di Russiz: una forma stilizzata e lineare, composta da una sezione orizzontale verde atta a rispecchiare i vigneti e un basamento nero a testimonianza di una terra sicura e ben salda.
“Proiettarsi verso il futuro dell’enologia –sostiene Willsberger– va di pari passo al rispetto e la salvaguardia della terra. Da qui il prestigio delle colline del Collio: dolcemente definite ed eleganti, proprio come i suoi vini”.

An artwork created by Johann Willsberger, polyhedral artist, regarded as one of the great visual communication innovators of the 21st century: he has also founded the magazine Gourmet, one of the bibles among food and wine publications.
For Willsberger this is not the first time in Russiz Superiore, his first visit dates back to 1977. About twenty years later he is here again with Marco Felluga and his son Roberto with an artwork inspired by Russiz hill: a stylized and linear shape, consisting of a green horizontal section depicting the vineyards and a black base representing a safe and firm ground.
“Delving into the future of oenology –said Willsberger– entails respect and safeguard of land. Hence the prestige of Collio Hills: gentle and elegant, just like its wines”.
