2. CANCELLATION INITIATED FROM TEH CUSTOMER Any cancellation by the traveler drives TO the collection costs applicable from the departure date. 3. Welcome to United Kingdom If essential components of the trip must be changed before the start, the agency will notify the customer by all means and will propose it: - Be able to cancel his trip at no cost. The formalities indicated on the registration form are available only to Tunisian nationals. Foreign nationals must always check with the relevant authorities. To plan your trip, and whatever your nationality, we urge you to read all the information on the countries to visit and on the administrative and health formalities required. The completion of these formalities and the resulting costs are your responsibility. Any participant who would board a flight mistake to present the required documents can not claim any refund. It is your responsibility to respect scrupulously the formalities and ensure that the full names listed on your travel documents (reservations, tickets, vouchers ...) exactly match those on your identification, passport, visas, etc. The agency will therefore be held responsible for your failure to comply with these obligations, especially if you would deny boarding or disembarking, or impose the payment of a fine. The agency does not in any case be charged the penalty fee and / or rights arising from failure to comply with customs or health regulations.

5- Minor Passengers Minors must be in possession of identity documents to their name. Minors must hold an individual passport. For minor children not traveling with a parent or legal guardian, it is for you to obtain from the competent services permission to leave the country. The travel agency will in no case accept the registration of unaccompanied minors that do not produce an authorization to leave the territory at the time of registration or of material issuing tickets. The travel agency can not be held liable if despite this prohibition, an unaccompanied minor was registered unwittingly on a trip.

6-TIME TRAVEL Included in the trip length: - The day of departure from the convocation of time at the airport, - The day of the return journey to the arrival time at the airport. Prices are calculated based on the number of nights, and not the number of whole days. By night, it is meant the period of availability of the room. 7-COMPLAINTS : Any complaint of failure must be reported to us by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 15 days after the return. Any claims that have not been reported during the trip will not be considered after the trip. The complaint must be signed by the service provider.
