All of Bespoke Acquiring & Styling's packages start with getting to know our clients through a discovery survey and encourage the client to think about how they feel, how they want to feel and what's important to them.

From there, the discovery journey and research begin with Emma scouring and sourcing from her vast and varied network of suppliers, chain stores, markets, craftsmen and artisans before pulling together a ‘look' or ‘mood board' to present to her client.

Once the client is satisfied the brief has been met, it's all about the shopping, acquiring and install. Bespoke Acquiring & Styling happily delivers a shopping list of items to be purchased; does the shopping and personally delivers the goods; organises the delivery or personally oversees and delivers the install; or in the case of personal styling services, accompanies and executes the shopping plan with the client, directing the shop and shielding them from any potentially overexcited, bored, idle, overbearing and off-putting sales staff. "Some of my clients have had terrible shopping experiences; they've felt judged, invisible, patronised and condescended. I protect them, advocate for them, fetch clothes and items as per the brief and take control. I do the hard work – they just have to be there and work with me! I take the stress and angst out of shopping. It's my job to make them feel amazing and help them discover clothing that empowers them and reconnects them to themselves. It's a such a privilege to see a client's eyes sparkle and watch them stand taller when they try on an outfit they adore for the first time – I take my job and responsibly to empower my clients very seriously."
