Leadership Track Advanced Leader Bronze (ALB) Former Competent Leader Award 

Achieve Competent Communicator (CC) and new Competent Leader (CL)

Serve at least six (6) months as a Club Officer and while in office… o Attend district-sponsored Club Officer Training and o Participate in the Club Success Plan

Conduct two programs from the Successful Club Series and/or the Leadership Excellence Series


Leadership Track Advanced Leader Silver (ALS)

Achieve Advanced Leader Bronze (ALB) or "old" Competent Leader (CL)

Serve full term as a District Officer (Sept 1-Jun30)

Complete a High Performance Leadership (HPL) program

Serve successfully as a new Club Sponsor, Mentor, or Coach
