The Competent Leadership Manual •

New Manual allows members joining your club to immediately begin working on developing their leadership skills.

Members can work on their Competent Communication and Competent Leadership manuals at the same time or separately

Leadership manual features 10 Projects, each focused on developing leadership skill, i.e • Listening, Motivation, Delegation, Organisation and Team Building.

Each project requires you to serve in ONE or More meeting or club roles, that will help you to learn and practice that skill

For each leadership role you complete as a project requirement, your club V.P.E will assign an Evaluator

Competent Leadership Evaluations

Written Evaluations required to be completed on all projects

Verbal and Written Evaluations may be given if Club meeting time permits

Clubs should discuss whether to provide verbal evaluations during meetings

If club chooses not to and later a member wants a verbal evaluation, the evaluator may give it privately.
