 

Ensure program is prepared & publicized at least one meeting in advance Decide min/max no of speeches/meeting (3-5) Ensure regular educational content in meetings Maintain educational handouts for meeting officers – eg Toastmaster “handout” or “checklist” Joe Gibbs 2006

Decide on Dates/Venues early on

Delegate ! 
