Tunbridge Wells Speakers Club is part of Toastmasters International, a non-profit educational organisation enabling people to improve their communication and leadership skills through a worldwide network of supportive clubs. Just in case you’re wondering, we’re not connected with men wearing red tailcoats who officiate at wedding receptions! What is it? A non-profit club run by and for its members to enable them to develop their communication skills by means of regular practice and feedback.

What happens at a club meeting? We gather from 7.15pm onwards. The President welcomes everyone at 7.30pm and hands over to the members taking on that evening’s leadership and co-ordinating roles.
