Independence Day Parade 2016, 11:45AM, Constitution Ave & 7th - 17th St NW Marching bands, military and specialty units, floats, and VIP’s - a 4th of July classic! This is a patriotic, flag-waving, red white and blue celebration of America’s birthday.
