More affordable than other neighboring communities, some find Riggs Park an ideal place to search for an entry single-family home in Northeast DC. You’ll find mostly brick semi-detached homes in Riggs Park, many of which are well-maintained or even recently restored. It’s possible to find some already move-in ready homes in Riggs Park, as well as some homes in need of a few cosmetic updates, occasionally priced under $500,000. This dynamic community, however, continues to grow and produce even more residential opportunities, especially as of late.
