Now, this pop-up turned brickand-mortar restaurant is not only known for its incredible $35 taco feast but for supporting relief efforts for refugee chefs, hospitality workers, and Latin American immigrant workers.

This NW restaurant is run by Executive Chef and Managing Partner Christian Irabién, who is a Chihuahua, Mexico native. His years of extensive training in Latin American cuisine, focusing on Mexico, have led him to this moment of curating flavorful food and building a community.
