With so many details that go into every transaction, it’s important for you to have as many resources as possible to support you and your clients. With out custom marketing plan, you can focus on working with your clients and closing the deal. All of our coordinators have broad knowledge of the real estate industry and all of the processes and tasks that it takes to run a successful real estate business. They can perform the chores that take up time that you should be spending with your clients. With us, you can lighten your load today, so that you can sell more and grow a better tomorrow.


Listing Support • • •

Process all listing docs, mail copy of listing agreement with thank-you letter to seller. Upload all docs electronically, allowing 24/7 access from anywhere for agent. Schedule stager, photographer, home inspector, sign placement, and other pre-listing appointments to implement agent’s marketing plan. Order property brochures, domain name for property website and schedule open houses and/or broker opens. Enter listing information including photos, videos and disclosures into MRIS. Implement marketing plan as developed with agent.

Marketing Database Management • • • • •

Build and maintain the agent’s Sphere of Influence (SOI) database. Develop and implement a 12-month mailing and/or emailing campaign to SOI. Coordinate with graphic designer or other vendor to produce marketing pieces and implement plan. Update Sphere of Influence database. Assist in developing and implementing a direct mail program to farming area.


Contract/Post-Closing Services •

Process contracts, enter into transaction management platform — includes completion of case sheet.

Send complete package of all documents to client.

Place all contract contingencies, deadlines and closings on agent’s calendar.

Schedule inspections (home, radon, termites, well/ septic).

Notify purchaser of all pertinent dates for inspections.

Send required docs to lender, title and insurance companies as required.

Mail closing letter to buyer and seller with detailed instructions for closing.

Process closing disclosure or HUD-1.

Submit contract information changes to database management person.
