Once the aisle carpet has been removed, Freeman will begin to return empty crates and carton, it should take 4-5 hours for Freeman to return all the empty crates. We appreciate your cooperation to ensure a smooth move out. POVs may park at Lot G adjacent to the Morial Convention Center after unloading at the dock and then return to the Morial Convention Center for booth set-up. Please see the MARSHALLING YARD MAP located on page 14. EXHIBITOR SHIPPING – AFTER THE SHOW Every outbound shipment will require a material handling agreement (bill of lading) and labels. Once your shipment is packed and ready to be picked up, please return the material handling agreement to the one of the Freeman Service Desks. Verify that piece count, weight and signature is on the material handling agreement prior to shipping out or material handling will be returned to Freeman’s warehouse at the exhibitor’s expense. If you have a preferred carrier or trucking company you must make arrangements for them to pick up your materials in advance. Please assist us in protecting exhibitor property by remaining in your booth after show close until Security can sweep the floor of all remaining attendees and secure the show floor. Everyone must wear a badge at all times during exposition days. Exhibitors are responsible for ordering badges for their workers and staff. Do not give or lend your badge to anyone, you may be held responsible and prosecuted. If you find a badge, please bring it to the Show Management Office immediately.
