Seafood Expo North America is not just a seafood trade exposition, it’s an experience designed to connect industry professionals, facilitate new business partnerships and be North America’s one-stop-shop for all your sourcing needs. For the 2025 edition of the expo, you can expect a diverse range of exhibitors and must-see conference sessions. In the Wave Makers’ Zone, you'll be able to explore and partake in complimentary on-site experiences. This year, we're excited to introduce a new digital platform, which will allow you to plan your meetings with exhibitors before the event starts. This Key Buyer Digital Mailer was written to give you pertinent information and help you make the most of your time at this year’s expo.

• Seafood Excellence Awards Announcement & Reception. Discover and celebrate the winners for the Best New Products for Retail and Foodservice on Sunday at 3:30pm in the Wave Makers’ Zone. Details included on page 10.

• Shuttle Schedule: Find hotel shuttle information and maps on pages 15-16.

• Chowder Party Invitation: You will find two tickets to the National Fisheries Institute Chowder Party on page 17. This year’s party is on March 15th at 5:30pm at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport.

EXPO NOTES AND REMINDERS:

• Power Hours: Key Buyers are invited to access the exhibit hall at 8:00am, two hours before the official event opening each day, for an opportunity to preview the exhibits and to attend meetings with exhibitors. Key Buyers are encouraged to use this time to schedule meetings with exhibitors. Note that exhibitor booths may not be fully staffed at this time so plan your meetings with exhibitors prior to the Expo.

• Complimentary Breakfast: Start your morning off right and come to the Key Buyer Lounge (151AB) for a hot breakfast buffet. Please note the breakfast is for Key Buyers only.

• Full Conference Passport: Your Key Buyer badge includes a complimentary pass to all education sessions and postevent video recordings. You do not need to sign up in advance.
