IOFM’s first virtual event brought a groundswell of interest and participation fueled by the current business climate and the realities of working from home or with reduced personnel.

Building upon the excitement and success of the AP Automation Summit, IOFM produced the Spring 2021 Financial Operations Summit. With an expanded program geared towards both AP and AR audiences, and targeted content to meet these audience’s specific business needs, the Financial Operations Summit offered multiple sponsorship opportunities spanning all 4 days.

IOFM's live, digital events give sponsors the opportunity to showcase their products and services in 45-minute demo sessions. IOFM's audience of finance professionals is searching for the technologies that will help ease their continued transition to virtual, automated processes. These 90-minute educational sessions cover a variety of timely topics.

Each demo session will be 45 minutes long. The first 30 minutes are dedicated to demoing your product or service, and the final 15 minutes will focus on audience discussion and Q&A.

discussion, which will take place virtually via Zoom (or your preferred platform).

• IOFM will work with you to create a demographic profile of the

desired attendees (i.e., size of company, title of attendees) and recruit a minimum of 10 attendees.

• As the sponsor, you are encouraged to participate in a

moderated conversation with the attendees, with 1-2 members of your team engaged in the discussion. Formal presentations are not expected during Virtual Private Lunches.

• A list of all attendees, including their contact information, will be provided to the sponsor at the conclusion of the session.
