We’re excited to welcome you to the 20th edition of the Integrative Healthcare Symposium!
Every year, we’re honored to unite integrative and holistic healthcare practitioners from across the country for three days of learning, connection and growth. Here’s what to expect at the milestone 2025 event:
The foundation of the Symposium is education: Learning is crucial for the continued advancement of the integrative healthcare industry, and we’re confident that 2025 sessions will deliver the insights you, your practice and your patients need. This year’s program will feature over 50 educational sessions and more than 60 expert speakers. Sessions will focus on advancing the industry through timely discussions supported by scientific-based research, as well as cultivating the next generation of thought leaders.
Especially over the last few years, more opportunities for relationship building and networking have been a top request at the Symposium. In addition to our annual Opening Reception, we’re also bringing back the Friday night Connection Happy Hour to foster even more meaningful connections. Activities like a Sound Therapy Class, a walk in Central Park and a morning movement class will create additional opportunities to build relationships.
Of course, the 2025 Symposium will feature a dynamic exhibit hall. Filled with the industry’s most innovative companies, the exhibit hall is your opportunity to discover new products, services and brands while connecting with current vendors. Also in and near the hall, you’ll find the Product Showcase, #IHSNY25 partner organizations and the Integrative Practitioner Podcast booth. Keep reading for exhibitor listings and more details about what you’ll find on the show floor.
Ultimately, the Symposium is about growth. From expanding your knowledge to making new connections and discovering innovative products, our goal is to deliver a gathering that advances careers, practices and the integrative healthcare industry as a whole.
When our team thinks about the Symposium, we think about growth, innovation and connection. We think about the future of the integrative healthcare industry and the important role gatherings like this have in that future. We hope you arrive in New York ready to learn and build those connections—and we hope you leave the Symposium feeling inspired about the future of this community.”
These companies have been part of the Integrative Healthcare Symposium for 15 years or more. As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, join us in congratulating these companies on their longstanding commitment to integrative healthcare.
Integrative Healthcare Symposium Community,
The 2025 Integrative Healthcare Symposium will be a special one. As most of you know, this year marks the 20th edition of the Symposium—that’s 20 years of bringing this community together; 20 years of industry innovation and growth.
This is my second Symposium as Event Director, and I can’t wait to again unite the integrative healthcare community in New York. While the foundation of the Symposium hasn’t changed—education, connection, progress and discovery —I’m confident the 2025 edition will elevate each of those elements and deliver an impactful, valuable experience. You’ll find an incredibly effective education program, more opportunities for meaningful networking and peer learning and one of the most robust exhibit halls we’ve had in years.
As we look ahead to this year’s gathering, I wanted to share a few tips and insights I’ve learned from my experience as an Event Director—not just during my time with the Symposium, but through my experience within other industries, too:
• Change happens when people come together; face-to-face conversations spark ideas and inspiration.
• Put yourself out there; get to know someone in a completely different field than you. You never know what you might learn.
• Mentor and support newcomers. The impact of mentorship goes a long way —for both individuals and for the industry’s future.
• Be thoughtful and inclusive. Help us create a welcoming space for all corners of the integrative healthcare community.
• Keep learning No matter how long you’ve been practicing or how many Symposiums you’ve been to, there’s always more to learn.
Since last year’s edition, our team has worked diligently to build a valuable, productive event. From conference sessions and expert speakers to experience-driven activities, a full exhibit hall and dedicated time for relationship building, you won’t want to miss the 20th anniversary of the Integrative Healthcare Symposium.
Until then, use this guide as a preview of your experience this February 20-22 in New York City. We can’t wait to see you there!

The rising demand for botanical extracts reflects a growing trend for natural, holistic health solutions. Today’s consumers are cautious and opt for products backed by credible scientific evidence. This article provides insight into the key attributes of the most clinically validated ashwagandha extract.
Ashwagandha roots have long been recommended for internal use by Ayurvedic practitioners and doctors. Almost all independent clinical trials (except those involving commercially available extracts) are based on roots or formulations derived from roots. Hence this practice of using roots is supported by both historical and scientific evidence.
The Government of India issued an advisory stating that only the roots of ashwagandha should be used, as there is not enough evidence to support the safety and effectiveness of leaves. Besides, all the pharmacological (United States Pharmacopeia, British Pharmacopeia, Indian Pharmacopeia, World Health Organization monograph, Health Canada monograph, etc.) recommendations are based on roots alone and not on any aerial parts. Thus, KSM-66® Ashwagandha rigidly adheres to using just the roots.

In clinical research, randomized, double-blind, and placebo-controlled trials are the Gold Standard. These approaches offer high degrees of quality, validity, and precision.
All of KSM-66® Ashwagandha clinical trials meet these rigorous standards, thus highlighting the extract’s validity and effectiveness.
Several studies on ashwagandha have primarily focused on individuals with existing health issues, which may not accurately represent the benefits for healthy populations. Consequently, the improvements observed in these studies might not apply to a broader, healthier consumer base.
KSM-66® Ashwagandha prioritizes research involving only healthy individuals without preexisting medical conditions, making it suitable for its target market of wellness-conscious consumers. While recruiting healthy volunteers can be challenging, these studies provide essential information about safety and effectiveness for the intended audience.
Research published in high-quality journals is essential in today’s information-overloaded world. The U.S. National Library of Medicine manages PubMed, a standard for dependable biological literature.
Studies on KSM-66® ashwagandha are strictly published in peer-reviewed journals indexed by PubMed, ensuring the validity and relevance of the findings.
Clinical trials conducted by independent researchers with strong academic and clinical credentials are significantly more credible. The research conducted by these professionals ensures objectivity and scientific rigor.
The effectiveness of KSM-66® Ashwagandha is further supported by the fact that all clinical trials are performed by independent researchers, including physicians from reputable Western medicine institutes and hospitals.
While efficacy is critical, safety is equally important. KSM-66® Ashwagandha stands out as the only extract subjected to a comprehensive suite of toxicological evaluations. It has also undergone rigorous testing for longterm safety through a year-long clinical trial and high-dose safety studies. To date, thousands of participants across multiple studies have reported no significant adverse effects, highlighting its exceptional safety profile.
KSM-66® Ashwagandha is backed by the most comprehensive clinical research portfolio in the industry featuring 41 completed studies and 14 ongoing trials across various health categories. Its benefits and corresponding research are documented below:
Stress and Anxiety: Six studies show reductions in cortisol, stress, and anxiety.
Sleep Support: Four studies demonstrate improved sleep quality and duration.

STAR TRIAL- GLOBAL STUDY
In an 8 week, multi-continent, randomized, double-blind, placebocontrolled trial conducted with 1000+ participants across the USA, India, Australia, Portugal, and Africa, KSM-66 Ashwagandha showed statistically significant reduction in stress, anxiety and cortisol levels. It was also found to be safe with no major adverse events reported.
As a natural supplement with clinical validation, KSM-66® Ashwagandha is the epitome of perfection. It is a reliable and scientifically validated extract, supported by extensive research and gold-standard studies on healthy populations. KSM-66® is the industry leader in health and wellness because of its dedication to tradition, scientific integrity, and consumer welfare.
