Registration Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 18, including infants & toddlers, will be allowed in the exhibit hall or conference area at any time. Access to exhibits and conference areas is permitted by badge only. Badges may be obtained at the registration counter. All visitors must register and provide a form of identification. On-site registration fees vary and may be viewed at the registration counter.

1. GO TO THE RIGHT STORE. Access the App Store on iOS devices and the Play Store on Android. If you’re using a Blackberry or Windows phone, skip these steps. You’ll need to use the web version of the app found here: event.crowdcompass. com/sparaec

2. INSTALL THE APP. Search for and Download CrowdCompass AttendeeHub. Once you’ve downloaded and opened the CrowdCompass AttendeeHub app, search SPAR 3D & AEC Next 2018 and tap download. You’ll then have access to the event!

To Log in: 1. ENTER YOUR DETAILS. Enter your first and last name where prompted, then tap Next. Enter an email address where you’d like the verification email sent (NOTE: this address should be accessible from the device you will be using).

2. VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT. Exit the app and open your verification email, click Verify Account. Click Open App to complete the verification via your mobile app. On the next page, you’ll see your confirmation code has already been carried over; all you have to do is click Finish!

Event Badges The official AEC Next or SPAR 3D badge should be prominently displayed at all times in order to gain admission to the conference sessions, exhibit hall, keynotes and special events. All replacement badges will cost $100. Reprints must be accompanied by a photo ID.

Privacy Unauthorized solicitation is prohibited. Solicitation of business on premises of the exhibit hall by anyone other than official AEC Next and SPAR 3D exhibitors is strictly forbidden. Solicitation of

business in conference sessions, registration area, or lounge/waiting areas, is also prohibited. Please report any such occurrences to show management immediately.

Event Information Have any questions about the event? The registration desk in the lobby will be fully staffed with people who can help you throughout the event. Please stop by – we look forward to meeting you and welcome your suggestions and ideas on what we can do to make AEC Next and SPAR 3D even better in 2019 and beyond.

Safety & Security If you see something, say something. Any thefts or suspicious activity should be reported to the Anaheim Convention Center’s Security Control Center at 714-765-8975 or to Event Management at Registration in the lobby. IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY AT THE VENUE: Report the emergency immediately by calling the Anaheim Convention Center’s Security Control Center at 714-765-8975 (or 8975 from any ACC house phone); or inform Event Management staff at Registration in the lobby. IN CASE OF EVACUATION: • Follow the instructions given over the building public address system and by Anaheim Convention Center’s staff and security personnel. • Calmly proceed to the closest unobstructed exit or stairwell and begin to exit the venue. • Do not use escalators or elevators in the event of a fire.

Lost and Found Lost and found articles during the conference program may be turned in or claimed at the Registration desk in the lobby. After the close of the event, inquiries regarding lost and found items can be made by contacting Anaheim Convention Center’s Security Control Center at 714-765-8975.
