Privacy

Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 18, including infants & toddlers, will be allowed in the exhibit hall or conference area at any time. Access to exhibits and conference areas is permitted by badge only. Badges may be obtained at the registration counter. All visitors must register and provide their proper business credentials to be issued a badge. On-site registration fees vary and may be viewed at the registration counter.

Unauthorized solicitation is prohibited. Solicitation of business on premises of the exhibit hall by anyone other than official Integrative Healthcare Symposium exhibitors is strictly forbidden. Solicitation of business in conference sessions, registration area, or lounge/waiting areas, is also prohibited. Please report any such occurrences to show management immediately.
