With over 30 years construction experience and 8,000 units built throughout Europe – a large portion of which in the construction of high quality turn-key operations – the Iberis team brings a wealth of expertise to each project. To achieve top northern European standards and guarantee efficient speed of the building timeframes, several concrete and steel prefabricated components are constructed in Iberis factories in Brussels and Antwerp in Belgium, and in Koblenz and Cologne in Germany. Upon delivery, over 30 experienced Iberis team members of engineers and site supervisors oversee the construction process and work closely with the client to customize design elements. It is because of these high standard prefabricated components that Iberis can guarantee a build time of just 10 months.
