Message From Our LTG Happy Holidays Manta Rays! It is already December which means Candidate Training Conference and Conclave are coming up. That's right, it is already time to elect a new Lieutenant Governor. Remember I'm still relevant and in office until April 15th! I hope you are all as excited as I am to witness the next generation of officers for Division 15 East, make sure you all come out to our upcoming events as they will be the deciding factor of our division's future. Fall Rally was an amazing success and it was all thank to each of you; with over 300 people in attendance and $5200 raised for PTP I could not be prouder to be serving as your Lt.G. Let's continue to have high attendance at all of our upcoming events to introduce new members into the organization that we all hold so dear to our hearts. I can't wait to see you at upcoming events!

Liutenant Governer Tyler Ma

Message From Our DNE Hello Mighty Mantas ! Can you believe that the 2017-2018 term is already more than halfway over ?? It seems like it was just a week ago that I and the other Division Leadership Team were installed. I have got to become very close to many more members within our division than I ever had in my past years of key club as a Penguin or Otter and couldn't be happier to be serving our division ! To think about how in a few months, the new term will begin and many of us will be graduating, is honestly very exciting yet equally as terrifying at the same time. Now that Fall Rally season and early bird dues submission is over I know many officers can now finally relax for the hard work they put into the club. However, just because Fall Rally is over it really does not mean we are done with service, we still have much more events and service projects planned for the future and I hope to see each and everyone of you there.

CENTENNIAL HIGH SCHOOL

Harvest Festival was held on October 24th and the key club officer team sold churros and hot chocolate. Clubs at this event also competed for the best booth and Centennial's Key Club won 2nd place, earning $150! The club members also attended the Tom's Farm Civil War Reenactment, where they were assigned tasks such as directing traffic, assisting with parking cars, and making sure that reenactment go-ers were safe.

JOHN F. KENNEDY HIGH SCHOOL

In preparation for Fall Rally, JFK met up at our editor, Noelani’s, house to get ready for this exciting event. Here, we made ribbon leis, crowns, free hugs posters, tutus, and spirit sticks. By the end of the day, Kelly Panlaqui exclaims, “I’m really glad I was able to make it because I was able to make my tutu, ribbon crown, and lei here! Even if this was a workshop, I felt like it was a great time for us to bond with each other 8

NOTRE DAME HIGH SCHOOL

During the weekend of September 29 to October 1st, Notre Dame Key Club participated in the annual St. Catherine's of Alexandria School Festival. The festival is where friends and family can sing, dance, eat and simply have a good time. The Notre Dame Key Club helped operate many games during the festival, like helping kids kick a field goal, throw a football, or kick a soccer ball. After we would then give them a prize based on their score. It was a very exciting weekend as we were able to see and set the smiles on other people's faces.

9

LA SIERRA HIGH SCHOOL

On October 22nd La Sierra key club attended Division 15 East’s October DCM and Movie Night Social at Norco High School. The afternoon was filled with countless members dressed up in their Halloween costumes ranging from cute animal or Pokemon onesies to a division manta ray fidget spinner ! The movie night social then ended with all of us watching The Nightmare Before Christmas. 10
