LTG HELLO CORGIS! With college apps season upon us as well as mounds of homework I hope that you are all still alright! Please remember to take care of yourself and stay hydrated. Along with that, don’t forget to stay involved in Key Club by attending club meetings, participating in service projects and coming to Division events. I know, at times, things can get overwhelming, so don’t forget to take a break! If you ever need anything, whether it be related to Key Club or not, always feel free to reach out to me! I am here for you all and I hope you guys all know that. Don’t be too hard on yourself, each and everyone of you guys deserves happiness! Take care of yourself and I hope you have an amazing day.

DNE HI CORGIS! We are officially ¼ of the way through the school year! For those of you who are a seniors, good luck with you college apps and don’t stress too much about it! I encourage you all to take it slow and don’t procrastinate! Stressing never makes anything better, so take a deep breath and be productive! You can do this! For those of you who aren’t seniors, make sure your senior friends are managing their college applications and their grades! They need as much support as you can give!

Dues are an annual fee paid by Key Club members to be a part of Key Club International. Being a dues-paid member allows you to attend division, region, district, and international events as well as allows you to be able to apply for Key Club scholarships, awards, etc.

Our October DCM was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory themed! In breakout rooms, we played various games such as Among Us, Skribbl.io, and a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory themed Mafia game. We regrouped into the main room to listen to division updates like monthly recognition, member and officer reminders, etc. After that, we went back into breakout rooms and make cards for the elderly as a service project.

PREFERRED CHARITIES INFOGRAPHICS The preferred charities The preferred charities infographic service project infographic service project event was an event held on event was October 21st for members to create infographics to spread awareness about Key Club’s preferred charities. Members were able to learn more about the charities that we fundraise for as well as get service hours while making these infographics!

D05N x D46N SCOOBY DOO SOCIAL

D05N AND D46N?

JEEPERS!

The October Social was held on October 23rd with Division 46 North from Madera, CA! Through this joint social, members were able to meet new people not only from our division, but from the D46N division as well! In line with the Scooby Doo theme, we played an escape room game filled with mystery and solving puzzles to escape. Afterward, members were put into breakout rooms to socialize and get to know one another!



The November DCM will be held on Wednesday, November 18th! Join us to hear division updates and to meet some new friends from our division! Last month, we had a record sign up for the term with around 140 sign ups! Keep up the attendance to ensure that the DCMs are full of fun for everyone!

This month’s Spotlight on Service Program emphasis is UNICEF! The CNH Spotlight on Service Program was created to promote International and District initiatives as well as to encourage active participation. Monthly guides include tips & ideas on how clubs can complete the initiatives. Clubs can submit to the form in order to receive recognition, which can be found under the “Spotlight on Service Program” page under the “Projects” tab on the CNH CyberKey. Pictures should be sent to cnhkc.sp@gmail.com. All submissions are due on the 5th of the following month by 6:00 PM (PST). One or more clubs are featured every month in the District Newsletter in recognition of any outstanding service project! HERE is the SOSP Guide from our district!


Your favorite leadership seminar has moved online! If your club is in need of leadership and team building activities, you can download all of their leadership videos and workbooks to learn about 5 principles of leadership! This is Key Club International’s first self-guided leadership program! (and 100% virtual) It can give you and your peers the opportunity to embrace and grow your leadership abilities. INTERESTED?
