ELECTIONS & OFFICER INFORMATION
If your club has not yet completed the elections for the next term, please plan out and hold As Soon As Possible so that the upcoming officers can be trained and actively serve the club! Most clubs should be done with their elections around April/May.
If your club successfully held elections and has a new officer board ready to go, please make sure to fill out the Officer Information Form for next term. 1.
Also, if your club has access to the Membership Update Center, please update the information from the previous term 2. This should be filled out As Soon As Possible and mandatory for all clubs!

MONTHLY REPORT FORM
Secretaries and Faculty Advisors, please remember to submit the Monthly Report Form due every 5th of the month, until the end of the term! Submitting this form will help the District stay up to date with all our clubs and collect data.
Once you submit this form, you will receive an email with your responses. If your club has a sponsoring Kiwanis club, please forward this email to their secretary, and please also utilize the data to fill out the Annual Achievement Report.
Please communicate with your club board to fill out this form, since it will be a crucial data for the club itself and for the district throughout the term!

Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers working to improve the community. Each year, the Kiwanis family dedicates more than 18.5 million to service and US$100 million to local and global causes. Coming from every age group and abilities, every single member is a part of the Family.
K-Kids (Elementary), Builder’s Club (Middle School), Key Club (High School), Circle K (College), Akinton Club (Disabled Adults), Kiwanis (Adult Vol nteers)
Georgia Key Club is made off of Key Club and Kiwanis, since student members are from Kay Club but Kiwanis advisors are from Kiwanis!

Key Club Internation Convention 2024 will be held in Georgia, Atlanta our own District! Although you can no longer register with the District, there is still an option to register through Key Club International and attend the convention on your own.

Thirst Project is a nonprofit organization to END the global water crisis by building freshwater wells in developing communities that need clean drinking water. This could precent waterborne diseases such as HIV, Malaria and world violence.

New clubs are always welcome! As a reminder, there is a $400 chartering fee (includes member/advisor material) for a newly chartered club. Newly chartered clubs will NOT pay their dues for that year, and Kiwanis club can request a grant from the past Lt. Governors Association covering $200.

REACTIVATION (Inactive)
Inactive clubs should pay a $100 reactivation fee in addition to the dues. Make sure to mail the fees and also to fill out the Petition for Reactivation! Petition for Reactivation: https://www.keyclub.org/resources/petition-forreactivation/

By District Secretary-Treasure Sarah KimSuspended clubs can always reactivate and continue the Key Club journey. Create a spereadsheet with information from each new member (such as first and last name, email address, grad year). Make sure to add the note to delete exsisting member so that those members doesn’t get billed.
Remember to calculate the dues owed. Using the dues information, determine the total amount of dues and request an invoice. Email the roster information to memberservices@kiwanis.org. Identify the club with the club name and ID number on the check along with the roster sending it to Key Club headquarter.

Currently, the dues for Georgia District is $14 per year (subject to increase by individual clubs). Key Club international is proposing due increase amendement- updated information will be announced after ICON 2024. Please refer to due deadlines below and start planning for upcoming due season, aiming for early bird!
