• The steak knives – blades are made with the finest High carbon stainless steel • Perfectly heat treated to give them a Hardness of 55+/- HRC (Rockwell C) • Daniel Gameiro Design • Handles available: POM (Polyacetal) – non–toxic, absolutely hygienic and dish-washer safe • Pressed wood: non-toxic, dish-washer safe but we recommend washing by hand and dry immediately after cleaning with soft towel
