SWOT analysis and matrix

After the analysis of the region through different lenses and scales, we identified the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of this area. The next step is to formulate values that need to be propagated in the region. To do this, we worked out a strategy matrix that would use the swot analysis to develop certain strategies to formulate the vision.
